I was forced to use this title company because of my builder. DO NOT use this company if your builder offers them as part of an incentive. What I can’t understand is why we pay a title company who’s main purpose is to handle the exchange and documents, but can’t calculate the numbers accurately. A month after closing on my house I still can’t get the deed because this company failed to calculate taxes correctly. Instead I must pay the difference upfront. How about your company takes it out of what I paid you! Ridiculous!

These people lie. They overcharge you WAY to much 3,000 TO MUCH and they say it's just because they want to make sure they're going to have enough and then they'll give it back well can you guess what they did? KEPT IT Mindy longo is her name. Don't use her or any of them and if you see to different numbers give them the less cause they just want your money.
