This company provided great customer service, was very knowledgeable in the services they provide, prompt in responding to emails and phone calls. Greenspring Title made an otherwise extremely tense time for me, painless and stressfree. They answered my endless questions, followed up regularly, and even created an outdoor closing environment so that I could bring my children to my settlement during quarantine. I had heard lots of great things about their quality of work and professionalism before using them, and they lived up to every word. Gary and Michelle were amazing! They handled our refinance and through the whole process were incredibly easy to work with! My wife has a difficult work schedule to plan around and Greenspring Title was so flexible in scheduling our closing that it was a breeze!
