Services
This is the most common type of Home Inspection we do. A Buyers Inspection usually takes about 3 hours and covers all of the systems, components and features of the home. During this time we will look at the grounds, roof, exterior, foundation, interior including the attic and any accessible crawl spaces interior and the utilities.
Understanding your home inspection should start with the question of why you would want one. The concise reason is that the home inspection is your opportunity to examine the property under contract before the contract is executed e.g. If you think about it, most home owners, unlike most sellers of goods or services, are not knowledgeable about the thing the home they are selling.
Whether its a commercial build or inspecting an existing structure you're going to want someone who understand the process from start to finish. Commercial structures have a lot in common with residential but their are also a lot of differences. From electrical to fire suppression, its important to analyze these systems from the perspective of a well versed Commercial Inspector.
Many different types of mold permeate homes on a daily basis. How mold impacts the body is largely still uncharted science, however, once levels reach a certain limit, it becomes difficult for many people's bodies to deal with naturally. Mold cannot grow without moisture. You don't want to remediate mold without first addressing the root cause.
I've bought homes, I've sold homes, I've slept on the floor of homes I've renovated so exhausted that the tools never got back in their boxes. There's a lot that goes on behind the real estate scene and a Realtor's job is often difficult, logistically tricky and that's before the clients walk through the door.

Paul inspected a home we purchased this summer, he was extremely thorough and took his time to make sure he checked everything. The home has a very shallow crawlspace which he suited up and spent a lot of time in taking pictures and documenting issues. I would absolutely recommend and use Paul again.

Paul was prompt in his response to my initial call and in scheduling our home inspection (within one week). He was also flexible in changing the appointment time when the sellers denied the first time. We were impressed with the very thorough report he provided after the inspection, delivered electronically the very next day. It offered easy-to-understand conclusions and good pictures to illustrate his findings. What was best was when we called him—after normal business hours—and he spent 15 minutes answering a few questions we had about the report. Thank you, Paul!

I contacted Oracle Home Inspection to perform an inspection of a home that I am planning to buy and I'm glad I did. Paul provided an extremely thorough inspection report that covered many areas and he uncovered issues that I would not have been able to find myself. Further, because Paul is also licensed in termite inspection, he was able to perform both inspections in one visit. He was even able to help correctly identify an unknown insect at the property that caused me concern. I strongly recommend Paul and Oracle Home Inspection if you require a home inspection.

Paul was really quick to respond every time we contacted him. We had him inspect a foreclosure property we were considering buying where he stayed over 2 hours and was incredibly thorough. The report was around 60 pages with pictures and a lot of information. We didn't end up getting that house, so we are excited to hire him again.

Paul was excellent. He was highly professional, personable, skilled and knowledgeable of home inspection. We purchased a condo in OCMD. Although the building was relatively young and in great shape, we decided to get a buyers inspection. Paul was wonderful to work with!
