Dr. Eric is fine. This review is not about him but about his clinic, and more specifically about their handling their accounting. Due to insurance errors, I ended up overpaying A Plus medical by more than $100. I have called the clinic over 6 times over a period of two months and explained the whole situation to them. I sent an email with several… attachment showing them the overpayment and relevant EOBs. Nothing. No answer. No explanation. No refund. Over two months. They say the office manager handles these matters but he/she is only reachable by email and they employees say that even

I am used to attentive doctors and helpful front desk staff, and this clinic provides neither. I don't have anything positive to say about either. The nurses are incompetent (it took them 4 veins to draw blood for a regular physical), hey attempted an annual physical without asking me, the front desk is clueless, the doctor dashes in and out so he can juggle as many patients as his waiting rooms can fit.
I went through zocdoc because he had a same day appointment. I much rather have waited a day or two to find a good doctor.
