Providers will be continuing to provide care in new practices most in their current locations. This was a difficult decision for us to make, as it has truly been our pleasure to take care of you and your families. Be assured, there will be an opportunity to continue receiving care with your current physician at their new practice.

Now is the time to join your physician at their new membership-based practices in the area. For those who do not wish to continue with your provider, enclosed please find a list of primary care physicians in the area accepting new patients. For patients not joining, your health records from Potomac Physician Associates, will be transferred to a Records Custodian TBD.

I have only had stellar experiences with this practice. I agree with other reviewers that the old portal could be a struggle, but the practice changed to a new portal system in December 2020 (I believe). I have been able to easily change in-person appointments to video where appropriate, and I feel very well listened to by my healthcare team. (And a bonus of the practice for me: The phlebotomists are excellent.)

I have given up on Potomac Physicians. When I started with them 20 years ago they were fine. But in the past couple of years the overall quality of the care has gone down significantly. The patient portal is awful. Calling them is a nightmare. I switched to Johns Hopkins this summer and am much happier.

I have tried repeatedly to be in touch with PPA this morning because of a health concern. The outgoing message is endless. I eventually was able to press 4 for appointments or to leave a message for my doctor(all I really I wanted to do). I got another long outgoing message, was informed I was 5th in line and there was no prompt for leaving a message. Then I went to the website to try to book a video visit. The online appointment function is down. Then I went to my patient portal. Apparently I have forgotten my password so I went through that procedure. No email with a link ever came so I gave

I have been a patient of Dr. Gross for over ten years. If I have an emergency I can see a PA same day. My doctor responds to all messages and refill needs. I wait no more than ten minutes for a scheduled appointment. They will bend over backwards for their regular patients.

Went to see Dr. Gross years ago, when I think she was fairly new to the practice and probably fresh out of medical school. I had a VERY common problem that could have easily resolved. Dr. Gross never performed the proper diagnostic test -- she never performed ANY test.

Instead, she just spoke her opinion as if it were the Gospel truth, she completely dismissive and rude. She told me I didn't have the problem and made me feel about two inches tall.

I lived with the problem for years because of Dr. Gross. In fact, years later I was properly diagnosed by a specialist (eventough this
