I remember when this place first opened in Burbank and I was hesitant to try out a new place. But, overtime, I decided to come and try more options and I can say this place is fantastic. Probably one of the best spots for breakfast in Burbank, or best spots for Mexican food. The operators really care, and their menu and presentation on all their food is FANTASTIC. I will always recommend this place to someone looking for breakfast or a good Mexican restaurant.

Delicious mexican food made to order with fresh ingredients. We had machaca, home fried potatoes, chicken fajita sandwich with sweet potato fries and strawberry horchata. π Fabulous!!!! Veggies were firm, eggs cooked perfectly, sandwich was melty with a jalapeno kick. Other diners enjoyed heaps of pancakes, jalapeno poppers, french toast, everything looked amazing. Would absolutely recommend and will be back for more.

My husband and I went to MexCocina for lunch. It was not planned, we were shopping in Burbank and stopped for a late lunch. We ordered Steak Fajitas and it was simply amazing. The portions were large and delicious. Nice ambience and warm. People around were friendly and so was the staff.
We will definitely go back with our friends.

I had an average experience with the food at MexCocina Cafe for a meal during dinner time. I think this restaurant excels at bruch or even just breakfast and lunch alone however for dinner I was underwhelmed with the quality if the food. I ordered cheese enchiladas and they came with plenty of food and rice and beans however the sauce was a little too basic (I could tase the tomato sauce clearly) and the tortillas were a little bland. The service was very quick and the food came out very fast as well, especially for a Saturday night!

Good food. Waiters are really friendly and helpful. I like the food and will eat here again when in the area. In the picture one dish is Chilaquiles with red sauce and 2 eggs topped with carnitas. To other plate is 3 tacos, adobada, carnitas and asada. My favorite was the adobada. Don't forget to order the Hibiscus flavor water really good

We've been here a few times and really enjoy the food and mexican coffee. They have a good assortment of traditional and mexican breakfast / lunch items to choose from. There's usually a little wait for a seat ( I wish they'd do yelp wait-list) but once seated the service is quick. Worth noting in these times they have a fair amount of outdoor seating to accommodate for pandemic dining.
