Bill is excellent with decades of knowledge. He helps you to not only set goals but educates you on how to achieve them. He will create a specific workout and dietary plan for your age and body type. I don't have a lot of spare time but he will create a plan that is doable even with the most hectic of schedules. Couldn't have dropped the weight without him.

Bill is an excellent trainer with a lifetime of experience. Not only is he relatable he gets to know the individual to the core to reach goals and objectives. In a matters of weeks le energy motivation and strength increased dramatically. The first couple of weeks may be challenging but anyone can get through them. Bill has a charming personality and excellent leadership qualities. Despite his demanding calendar at Fitness Performance as a personal trainer, he volunteered his own free time for our Friendship Circle Sports League. He was able to take ownership of a challenging dynamic of teens and children with special needs and their buddies to ensure everyone was included and had a fun time. Bill is the absolute best!!! I’ve been to other trainers in the past and was starting to think personal training was not for me. I have been training with Bill for 2.5 years. I have back issues and Bill adjusts my workout based on how the session is going. He takes great care to watch every rep to see if something is off. Since I started training with Bill, my back issues have decreased as he has helped me greatly improve my flexibility and core strength. In 40+ years of exercising, I had never worked with a trainer, and was somewhat skeptical when I started looking into it.
