As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, I can help you lose weight, build muscle, or simply get into better shape. In 2002, I made a career as well as mindset change to do something that made a difference in people's lives. It was my lifelong love for working out that materialized into a passion for helping others transform not only their physiques but their own personal beliefs and limitations. However, we are now living in unprecedented times.
My experiences in fitness training include a focus on Core Training. Most of the population struggles with balance, coordination and overall core strength and stamina. A combination of strategic exercises will allow for better body control when operating in space. Tired of sitting all day in the office?

Your session can be a 45-60 minute sit-down or phone consultation, OR a 60-minute workout designed to showcase the future of a fitter, stronger and healthier you! A visit to my fully functional garage gym in Allendale, New Jersey, complete with an air purification machine.

Sean is an extremely encouraging trainer that is willing to work with all ability levels and adapt to different needs. He was able to work with me after a recent accident that left me with an injured arm. I wanted to make sure we were able to keep up with workouts, and he was so helpful in accommodating my limitations. He has also worked with my long work hours, and meets at 5:30am to ensure we can get in a full session before I head to the office. Couldn’t recommend more.

He did keep me on target for my weight loss goal and is who I relied on for accountability.
Sean is sincere and respectable. His workouts are never boring, they are challenging but fun. I intend to use Tranformations By Sean Michael again!
