At Track Your Fitness, we understand how achieving individual goals can oftentimes be frustrating, stressful, and just flat out hard. We aim to reduce or even eliminate those obstacles. The formula for success and what sets Track Your Fitness apart from other facilities, is that each individual client will have a tailored plan designed to help them see results week by week.

Track Your Fitness has been designed with YOU in mind, starting with our state of the art InBody270, providing our clients with weekly body composition assessments to track their progress and gain an understanding of muscle mass vs body fat. Our facility features top of the line equipment from Life Fitness, Hammer Strength and Cybex.
Services
Our personal training staff is a highly experienced group of certified personal trainers and coaches from all different backgrounds. The initial assessment, including a body composition using the InBody 270, will help us place you with the proper trainer to meet your desired goals.

Weekly assessment using the InBody 270 are included with every personal training package, allowing us to TRACK your progress to determine if the program is the most beneficial to you, and if not, to make the proper adjustments for you to MAXIMIZE YOUR POTENTIAL!
It includes fat, protein, minerals and body water. It also describes weight more accurately than BMI. Body composition analysis can accurately show changes in fat mass, muscle mass, and body fat percentage. Body composition analysis is essential to completely understand health and weight as traditional methods of assessing health, such as BMI, can be misleading.
Eating healthy means severe calorie restricting and eating only boring or tasteless foods. Our nutrition plans revolve around our client's food preference and exercise goals. Whether it be weight loss, lowering body fat percentage, increasing muscle mass or maintaining, we have all the tools and knowledge to reach these goals.
At NJ Gourmet we know how important your nutrition is to reach your fitness goals and how valuable your time is. Time spent prepping your weekly meals can add up, taking your focus away from other important weekly tasks. We take a flexible dieting approach to building out a weekly menu that is satisfying, balanced, and tailored to your individual needs.

I’ve had the opportunity to meet many of the trainers outside of the work environment, and let me tell you, these are not only great trainers, but great people! They lead by example and continue to get better, not just for themselves, but for their clients. It’s no surprise why TYF has become such a recognized personal training studio in Bergen county and the surround area. Keep up the great work guys!

Charlie is the best trainer I’ve worked with. He helps you set goals and motivates you to stay on track. Based on my initial weight, body fat, and muscle mass assessment, he created a diet plan for me with specific macronutrient goals. He keeps me on track and reminds me to stick to my eating goals. Every two weeks, we remeasure my weight, fat, and muscle to see my progress. In the gym, Charlie has you train smarter. He pushes you, but he knows how much to push you and what you can handle, he explains exercises clearly, and he makes the session and the atmosphere fun and social. I highly recommend

The trainers are knowledgable, friendly, motivating and all around great at helping everyone reach their goals/ see results. I work with Charlie and he is all around fantastic! I would trust all the trainers to kick my butt into shape! The gym is clean, spacious and filled with all the equipment you could ever want to work with. I love my sessions and am so happy I found this place. Can't say that enough!

So much love for Emily!!! She’s an absolutely fantastic trainer. We’ve been working together for a while now and she motivates me to reach my goals both inside the gym and out! Her workouts are fun but challenging so the hour goes by quickly. I came in with some prior injuries and Emily has always been sensitive about not overworking those areas. All while increasing my strength and endurance tenfold! She is a gem of a human being and I’m so grateful for everything she’s helped me accomplish!
Also the gym is really tidy and everyone who works there is so friendly. Such a pleasure to work

Had a phenomenal experience with Karli! She helped me look and feel great after a tough period in my life. She was able to understand exactly what I wanted to improve -and areas where I struggled. Pushed me and motivated me to achieve my goal!
