I have been dealing with them for over 40 years. The last 6 tires I have purchased had to go back because they don’t know how to put a valve in a tire. I have had 2 flat tires. First place I ever dealt with that don’t offer any coverage with tires. When you take something in to have it worked on it’s always more than they say. They definitely need to get a new tire person. Also don’t go for a front end alignment. Had truck for two weeks and they claimed everyone drove it. Took it Econmy Muffler And they done the alignment and printed off what they found wrong . Now since Econmy Muffler

Can't say enough about this business. I had an issue with some tires and the owner called me directly to resolve my issue. Simply said, he went over and above my expectations of doing the right thing. If you're looking for honesty and "best in class" customer service this is a business you would want to support.

In my experience with Dyke Tire, they consistently under-promise and over-deliver. I have never left unhappy, and I feel like people there care about their jobs and their customers. I've never had a job take longer than quoted, and have also seen them finish work earlier than quoted. Pricing is also very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service both times I have been there. Maybe it was the out of state plates I had on at the time. They seem to put you in the que based on the amount of money you are spending. That's fine if that's how they want to make money but they lost a long term customer that way.

Our family has relied on Dyke Tire several times for our vehicle needs. We've had tires plugged, changed and have recently bought new tires here. The prices they "charge" are competitive and the crew here knows their stuff. The customer service department is friendly and communicative. They sell many different brands of tires and provide other services as well, like batteries and state inspections. These folks don't fall "flat" when it comes to automotive care. Tread on over to Dyke's!

Took my car in to get its tires replaced. Tech scratched the wheels with the tire mounting machine. I came back & the owner agreed to remedy the problem. Owner had a "specialist" refinish the damage, but the work was totally sub-par. To top things off, after repairing the wheel damage, my car was returned with a broken door. I got fed up with dealing with these guys & fixed the problem myself. If you're attentive to details & want the best for your car, look elsewhere.

I called to schedule an oil change & tire rotation and the owner, Jimmy was able to get me in the next morning - the first appointment because they had a cancellation. I dropped my car off around 3p that day so it would be there first thing. To my surprise, I got a call about an hour later that my car was ready!! What awesome customer service is that!! This has been my go-to place for 5-6 years and I'm never disappointed. They consistently provide excellent customer service, easy scheduling and great pricing!! I highly recommend for your car maintenance needs!!

Best shop in town. Outstanding work, superb staff and superior service. I've been going here for decades and recommend Jimmy Dyke and his team to friends, neighbors and coworkers. Clueless and careless. Always double check your tires from these clowns.
Ordered and paid for four new Michelin Defender tires in 2015. They should have been the same model tire. Unknown to us they substituted two Michelin Harmony tires that were from 2011 in place of two we ordered.
Treads don't match. Tires weren't made in the same year. Car vibrates. Tires are dry rotting. Bought the tires in 2015. Crappy dyke tires lasted less than 20,000 miles.
They pushed off their old inventory on us. Don't trust them.

Beware. I brought my car there for a state inspection. I had never been there before. I only brought my car there because this shop is near my work and convenient. They failed it and said I needed both inner tie rods replaced. I took my car to my usual mechanic, that I have been using for 7 years, and he told me that my tie rods are just fine.
