This place is an uncontrolled party apartment. People will be excessively loud until 3:00am on week nights and the staff does nothing about it. When I called them a couple of weeks ago to calm down an out of control party instead of them contacting one of the student employees that lives here, as they promise, I was told to call the non-emergency police number. All I wanted was for a staff member to go and quiet down the party, not for the police to get involved. Instead of wasting the police's time I fell asleep wearing ear plugs. Some of the girls who work here, in particular Taylor are the bitchiest girls I've ever dealt with. They are rude anytime you need help, their amenities were always closed, the halls are always nasty and gross like living in a dorm. They clearly don't regulate smoking the green as I smelt it every night, and it's so annoying having to let your friends in every time they come over

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. If you are a college student this place is definitely not the place for you. It is ridiculously over priced, you re charged for several amenities that will be broken constantly. Loud noises and parties are a constant noise issue at all hours of the night, sadly the sierra apartments do little to nothing to solve these issues. Not only did they charge my roommates and I a months rent for 14 days but will not reimburse us for that money. They advertise that you will be given $1000 for signing over a lease, advertising that you can extend this money for

This building is built so poorly, everything is always breaking. This place hypes itself up by giving residents incentives to leave 5 star reviews. But the truth is, every amenity is always broken. The elevator never works, the coffee machine is always broken, the pool is closed like 3/4 of the time due to chemical imbalances. On top of this, the drier in my unit has broken has broken twice now. My roommates and I have also gone without power for over a week. We have put in work orders and made calls for our issues to be fixed but they just keep blowing it off and tell us to be patient and they

The maintenance staff and help hasn't fixed the electrical issues in the room in a week. The Sierra clearly only cares about money as they try to scam poor hardworking student out of their money in exchange for subpar living standards and environment. On top of that they can't even seem to keep the wash and dryers working properly or consistently

The look and layout of the apartments are nice, but their public image is considerably better than what actually goes on in the student apartments. We have had several problems in our apartment that we put work orders for, which have not been taken seriously by the management. I have had no power in my room for more than a couple days and the apartments have been really lacking in helping. I get that Things can be slow at times but we are constantly asking for help and not receiving the hospitality and help that we need.

Seems like Sierra Student Apartments nickel and dime their residents every possible way that they can. Very unfortunate, because this is housing for students who also have to pay college tuition (which is already outrageously expensive in itself) Who would've thought that you would be charged a $65 service fee for your utility bill payment! $55 a month for parking is outrageous when rent is already way higher than any other apartment complex in Corvallis.

Looking for housing in Corvallis led us to the leasing office for Sierra on a Sunday morning expecting to only find contact information - Wow! Instead we were greeted warmly and professionally nearly an hour before their normal business hours with an invitation to get our coffee and come inside for a tour.
Such a positive experience! Seeing sample build materials, layout options and a virtual tour all wrapped in the upbeat, gracious professionalism of the Sierra team was amazing. They explained options, answered questions and responded promptly throughout an already easy process. Beyond peace
