Moonstone Manor

I recently surprised my husband with a night at Moonstone Manor over the Christmas Holiday to celebrate two months being married (our wedding was also at Moonstone!) It was such a romantic way to relive our happiest memory together. The manor was decorated inside and out with the most festive Christmas lights and decor! We sat by the fire and enjoyed delicious signature cocktails and appetizers provided by the staff before enjoying an AMAZING 3 course dinner (including dessert!) The dining rooms had fires in the fireplace and pretty Christmas trees to put us in the Christmas spirit! In the morning

I agree this is a beautiful place for a wedding but I found it did not accommodate older people like an 89 year old grandfather. There was no handicapped parking and he had to walk far that day. Also they needed more heaters since it was a cold fall day. So for some guests the next day was a rough one!!

If you are looking for the perfect venue…stop right now…look no further… I promise this is IT. If I could give them a million stars I would! Where do I even begin…first, Gina & Mary literally made all of our wedding dreams come true. The two words that have been stuck in my head and that I’ve heard from guests are MAGICAL and DREAMY! My Fiancée and I were touring different places to find our venue for our wedding and this place was top notch. The tour we got was very thorough. Our tour guide answered every question and was very friendly. The grounds are absolutely GORGEOUS. For such a large property, I couldn't even find a single blade of grass out of place. The rooms and suites were styled and fun while not being overbearing. The whole mansion was charming and elegant. The prices were very reasonable and everything that was included was a huge bonus. I look forward to having my wedding here.

My wife and I planned a last minute trip to the Hershey/Lancaster area and discovered a 2 night mid-week late August availability at Moonstone Manor, even though it had not been in business very long and did not have a lengthy track record of reviews. We could not have been more pleased with our choice. This B&B is stunningly beautiful. The pre-Revolutionary War stone building and estate was once owned by a William Penn family member. My bro had his wedding here and its atmosphere was gorgeous. The creek, the family of deer just roaming freely. The short rib selection that was presented was out of this world. The most tender and juicy short rib I've ever eaten and it was seasoned to perfection... The staff was superb as well, very attentive to all the guest.

What can we say, Moonstone Manor was the perfect venue choice, from its elegant and historic charm, to it's well manicured landscape and scenery. Gina and her staff were nothing short of amazing. Our daughter's wedding was suppose to happen last August, but because of COVID we had to reschedule. Gina remembered every detail, down to the special diet needs without us even having to remind her. Gina's staff was super professional in everything they did and very attentive to all the guests needs, from the special request of wanting extra cake to providing the elderly guests rides back to their cars

An excellent place to stay. Innkeepers Megan and Faith were delightful and attentive. Their breakfast was excellent. House and grounds were beautifully kept. We will definitely will return!

I wish there was every reason for me to give this place a better rating. Before booking a day to come see the grounds I was told my wedding date was available. When I arrived for my tour my parents came with of course and we were taken on a very nice and extensive tour only to have us all sit down to be told that our date wasn't available anymore. This was a most amazing overnight at Moonstone Manor. Starting with the friendly, gracious couple that were our hosts, Faith and Keegan, to the awesome breakfast the next morning, everything was just perfect. Cozy, yet opulent, and elegant, yet warm and welcoming , the Moonstone exceeded our expectations. All the rooms are wonderfully decorated, with an amazing attention to detail. We got married here back on August 30th and we are still talking about how amazing the grounds and staff were from the planning phase to the day of! Moonstone Manor is not only a beautiful spot to get married, you get to work with the most genuine people to create your special day. Y'all really knew how to take the stress away from myself, mom, and… mother-in-law which made the wedding day run so effortlessly, and we all got to just enjoy it! Moonstone Manor and the staff were AMAZING! The venue was beautiful, and the staff were so incredibly helpful. Everything for my wedding was so magical! We received so many compliments on the venue. As a bride, Moonstone took so many stresses away from me with planning. They worked with my schedule for meetings and my walkthrough and answered every detailed question promptly and thoroughly. I couldn’t have asked for a more amazing staff and fantastically beautiful venue. We had the wedding of our dreams because of Moonstone Manor!

This place is simply beautiful. We attended a wedding on the grounds and it made for s beautiful backdrop. The main building is incredible with its detailed woodwork and period furniture. Outside the grounds are immaculately maintained. The staff was pretty much invisible (as they should be to s guest) but everything seemed to run without s hitch. We were told the staff was really accommodating and helpful. A very nice upscale place for a wedding or similar event.

Penny, the owner, wedding coordinator, and basically therapist is unlike any other. This was the first place my fiance and I visited. And honestly, nobody else compared to Penny. She makes the venue even more beautiful by being so welcoming. The venue is spacious and the mansion itself is beautiful! They ONLY reason we did not book here is because it was over three hours away from the grooms side of the family and two from the brides. However, this place is magical. Penny and her entire staff at Moonstone did an outstanding job caring for all of us and every detail.
Nothing was too much for them and they delivered on every promise they made. We were guests at the beautiful Moonstone Manor for a wedding and stayed the night in Grandma Laura's Room. Our experience was nothing short of perfect. Penny was so helpful and made THE BEST BREAKFAST EVER!!!!! Made me want to stay forever...
