I cannot say enough good things about this place!!! We had a custom engagement ring and 2 wedding bands done and are absolutely in love with them. I use to work at a family owned jewelry store about 10 years back so I’m very familiar with how customers should be treated and LLG jewelers nothing but top notch. I wanted to write this review b/c I really struggled with doing anything to my diamonds. I felt bad about upgrading. I am so happy with LLG. The owner does not pressure you. You can go in and browse as many times as you like. He has so many options to choose from and a wide range of styles. He can also create anything that you can dream up. His prices were reasonable and I watched him complete other transactions and he was no pressure, honest and again better prices than the large chain jewelers. I absolutely love my ring. They have earned a customer for life! LLG went above and beyond with customizing and designing my dream engagement ring and then knocked it out of the park again with our wedding bands. My Wife and I went to LLG recently to get some jewelry repaired and cleaned. Zohrab is a really nice guy who does great work. He did a great job repairing a gold bracelet, replacing a missing diamond in a tennis bracelet, resizing a watch that didn't have links, and cleaning and refinishing my gold wedding band. I then decided to upgrade my wife's diamond in her engagement ring. We had talked about doing it after ten years but figured I would see what he had while were there and see what we could get in return if we traded in her existing diamond. I am so happy that my husband and I found Zorab. He is a master in his craft. Trust me when I tell you there is NO jeweler that is more honest, fair, trustworthy and talented! He has helped us with everything from wedding bands, custom jewelry and resetting of some family jewelry.
I realized today when I was in his store (picking up a cross that my father has wanted for 10 years. Zorab made it...the price unbeatable!!) that I have never left him a review. And people do their research on big purchases!

Stopped by LLG after having a horrible experience at another local jewelers (Long's in Burlington). I'm newly engaged and had brought my ring to Long's to have it resized. After the resizing I noticed how incredibly loose the center stone was (its brand new and was not loose before) so much so that it was about to fall out of the setting. I brought the ring back and was given no apology or refund for the horrible work they did. They told me the ring was poorly constructed (its a ring they sell in their stores!!) and it loosening was inevitable and happened from normal wear and tear
