Kim Denkhaus MS, RDN is a nationally recognized nutrition and health expert based in San Francisco, California. She has counseled clients and spoken publicly at some of the Bay Area's premiere tech companies, including Facebook and Salesforce. Kim has consulted for various startups and medical centers, has been quoted in numerous publications (see portfolio), and privately counsels clients at her private practice in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Kim has great enthusiasm for her work, and is passionate about helping individuals improve their overall health. By coupling nutritional counseling with her diverse background in business, fitness, and the performing arts, she provides a unique outlook on nutrition. She has learned through personal, academic, and clinical experience, that nutrition is completely individualized; there is no one size fits all approach to eating.

One 60-Minute initial consult session with full dietary assessment, recommendations, and goals. One 30-Minute follow-up session, where we will assess your personal goals, address questions or concerns, provide emotional support, troubleshoot, and set new weekly goals.

Helpful resources will be provided such as snack ideas, recipes and meal planning, portion size guidelines, tips to curb sugar cravings, fueling for performance, supplement suggestions, and recommended lab work.A quick reboot is an effective way to stay on track with your health goals and foster long-lasting lifestyle improvements.
Kim is passionate about translating the confusing and ever-changing science of nutrition into simplistic, fun, and meaningful information. She encourages clients to use farm-fresh whole foods to fuel and nourish their body, balancing carbohydrates (such as vegetables, fruits, and whole grains), lean protein sources, and healthy fats to maximize energy, and curb hunger cravings.

Asked my trainer for nutrition advice and she sent me to Kim. I work out a lot, but couldn't lose the last 10-15 pounds, Kim crafted a meal plan that works for my busy schedule, and she had so many recommendations for healthier food options. I have a huge sweet tooth, and with this new way of eating I have less cravings for sugary things, and feel like I am eating a lot more food, and still losing weight. Can not recommend Kim enough!
