I have lived here for 7 years and it is the best place I have ever lived. And I have moved more than once. For example today I called at 8:30am and before 9am they were here fixing my closet door. The girls in the office r so friendly and nice to. I will stay here for the rest of my life.

I have been living in apartments since I was 18 and I’ve never had a rental like this one. The manager and her team are out of this world. They always have the driveway plowed so that I can get out without hassle on the snowy mornings (I’m a doc and need to get to work). She drives people to appointments if they cannot get there. She will go out of her way to help anyone with anything. Last week she made a renter chicken soup from scratch because she was sick. I will live here as long as I can because of the phenomenal service I get each and every day. Even though I could afford a more expensive

I lived at the manitowoc property for way longer than what I should have, I also was an onsite manager for 2 yrs. Any bad reviews you may have read are all true. The main manager in Green Bay Lori is absolutely terrible. Being that I was an onsite manager I dealt with the shady stuff that went on. If your looking for a professional and friendly management this is not the place, many of the tenants in manitowoc voiced there dislike for Lori and how the management isnt good. Lori is very rude and condescending and in her mind never wrong. If you bring a problem to her she will try to put blame on
