If you have two cars, or more don’t plan on living here unless you want to be always walking across the street and getting parking tickets all the time. I work late and come home and there’s never any parking on the side of the complex I have to literally park my car all the way in the opposite street in the very back so i’m always walking home late at night. It’s unbelievable the price you have to pay to live here and having no parking space for your own car.

I would not live here multiple complaints about people doing things fights that break out and yet management won’t do anything all they do is take notes and that’s it they do t care about the people who live there this is one of the worst place to live in where if you file a complaint about someone they won’t do one thing about it. Also a girl almost got rapped in the weight room and yet they did not to fix the situation the secuowomt do anything at night this place charges a lot but won’t do anything to help out don’t live here

These people raised the rent after the covid year where none of the residents were able to use any of the amenities for a long period of time, basically they saved money last year but they said they needed to raised up based "on the market". Not enough I left the apartment in really good conditions and still they did not return any of the 400$ deposit but in top of that they wanted to charge me 280$ extra, and force me to pay it after 2 months I moved out, all this considering that the maintenance department went to my apartment before I left and gave me the OK saying the apartment was in good

I cannot begin to say how satisfied we are with this apartment! The property is stupendous, and has great amenities. From the inquiry to the move in day everything was so organized, and well done. Ana at the leasing office was the one who helped us and did a stellar job at making the process fast & Easy! We could have not done it without her help. She is truly exceptional!

I don't even know where to start. First I called and spoke with Ana and just asked her questions. She was so sweet, helpful, and informative. She scheduled me for a next day tour with Martin. The Apartment was absolutely stunning. Nothing in the area compares. Truly luxury apartments. I fell so in love we decided to put in our application that day. Martin was so helpful and knowledgeable. My husband and I had a wonderful experience from seeing and touring the apartments for the first time up until we moved in. Martin was very helpful throughout the entire process. The apartments themselves are modern, and are intended to make every part of your life easier. We LOVED the gym that is open 24 hrs. and pool area. Each apartment is equipped with brand new appliances, including a washer and dryer which our previous apartment didn't have. I would highly recommend this place...and go see Martin, he will take good care of you.

Martin Lomeli was extremely helpful and professional when he helped us with our tour. His professionalism paired with his enthusiasm and charisma ultimately convinced me to lease an apartment at Sorano. The unit he showed us was in pristine condition and the overall feel of the complex was very welcoming and calm. Martin has provided help since day one when I booked the tour to now that I am close to moving in. This is absolutely a beautiful place to call my home. Martin is amazing and very professional as well as caring. The ladies in the office is also professional and caring of the concerns of the prospect tenants. I highly recommend this community to my dearest friends and family. We absolutely love living here. The apartments have everything you could ask for including insulation that keeps the temperature stable and the noises out. The fitness studio and pool are top notch. We moved from a house to this apartment and my wife was nervous about not having a garden, and our porch has proved to be more than sufficient in space and light to grow an array of succulents, cacti and herbs. The entire complex has a beautiful variety of planting that are well maintained and the giant aloe at the base of our steps is a beautiful reminder that we made the right choice to live here
