Sage Yoga Studios

What a gem! This place offer great classes at all levels. When I decided one day, "hey, let's try yoga" I googled this place and signed up for the unlimited first month special and I have been hooked ever since. Clean studios, easy scheduling, kind and caring instructors. I'm so happy I decided to go here. Thanks to all the staff for making this such a great and positive place!

I've said it before on here and I'll say it again. This is the best of the best of all yoga studios. The owners are wonderful and truly care about their community. The teachers and classes are varied and there is something for every yogi. The students are welcoming and from the very first moment to 6 years later I feel like this is home. Come start or restart your yoga journey with all of us!

Such an amazing Yoga community. All levels of people are welcomed and all the instructors make you feel comfortable no matter which class you take. I highly suggest Sage yoga to help deepen your practice or get you started on your yoga journey.

This is by far my favorite yoga studio that I have ever been to. They're are so welcoming and warm as soon as you come in the door. They have classes for expert yogis and beginners alike. Vanessa is my personal favorite, her classes are always a great work out. She brings new and fresh stuff into each class while allowing you to go at your own pace. I love her class and look forward to seeing all the nice people at sage yoga. Thank you Reyna (the sweetest owner) for creating a safe space to work out and be yourself.

Sage is more than just a yoga studio. It's a place to disconnect from our busy lives and take some much needed time for ourselves. Reyna has created a sanctuary along with the most amazing instructors that allow you to discover just how much power we hold within. I could go on and on about how much I love attending classes at sage but you should really check it out for yourself!

This is a completely wonderful yoga studio with amazing yoga instructors and a wide array of yoga classes. All the instructors and staff are friendly and helpful. What a gem in downtown Fallbrook.

I learned how to yoga trapeze at Sage Yoga! Such a cool place and excellent teachers! Everyone is so nice and really taught well. Very clean and nice environment! I highly recommend Sage Yoga!

Sage yoga is a great yoga studio. There is a variety of yoga, including goat yoga, float yoga, and heat yoga. For all people of different ages. All different hours of the days and all days of the week.
It is super clean, from front to back of the studio. They keep every corner spotless.
Everybody knows everybody there. It has a warm, friendly family vibe. You will feel most welcomed there. Reyna has the best smile. All the instructors are attentive to students.
There s no worry about interruption. Door is closed the moment class starts.

Loved Baby Goat Yoga at Hoof and Feather Farms. Both Sage Yoga and the Goat farm are nice businesses to support.

I never thought I'd be into yoga but i decided to give it a try since 1st time members get unlimited mat classes for a month, only for $39. Since having my 2nd baby boy this mama needed some relaxation, stress free, time to myself and to get my body looking good. 1st class i fell in love with Sage and i was HOOKED! I took advantage of the unlimited classes and went 3x a week and even asking my husband to come home early cause mama needs her yoga fix! Haha The instructors are amazing, you feel cared about and develop a friendship with them. I seriously can't get enough! The owners Reyna

I went to Sage Yoga studios for the first time last night with my daughter. We had such a great time at their Trapeze style yoga class. Reyna and Lee were patient and very informative during the entire class. The studio was immaculate and very relaxing. They offer a variety of classes with varying hours including hot yoga...which is one I will have to try next. It's great for beginners to advanced yogis. This studio is such a gem in our little town! I highly recommend Sage Yoga!

I've been coming to the studio on and off since the fall of 2015. I've taken the Gentle Yoga during the AM and Heated Yoga during the evening and mornings.

During one of the Friday Summer Nights Fest, my husband and I stopped in the studio and met the owners Lee and Reyna. They were friendly and kindly gave us a tour of the studio and filled us in with info about their studio and their goal.

The place is very clean, and organized. They do offer props free of use, with yoga mats there is a small fee. They also have some yoga merchandise available at the front.

Sage Yoga is our place to go for love, all different kinds of yoga classes, friends and fun workshops! Everyone there is so sweet & friendly the employees/ other students. Even when we visit other studios we always look forward to going back to our hometown studio.

I love Sage Yoga Studios. Love. Love. Love! I've been coming here since they opened last year but I only really started actively coming 4-5 times a week in the last 6 months. The range of classes and styles is so great, they have low impact and meditation classes all the way to heated vinyasa with weights! I love the hot classes, they're calming and meditative while still getting a killer workout! (No bikram or bootcampy vibes). All the instructors are very nice and will help you with a posture and answer any questions you have, no one here has a negative or snooty attitude. The studios
