The laundry is then safely washed by the load with high-quality detergent, fabric softener, and mild bleach. We use hand wash techniques for delicate items such as lingerie and silk. The garments are carefully dried and folded or put on hangers. Direct Laundry has large capacity washers and dryers giving us the ability to wash large comforters, rugs, sofa covers, and oversized items properly and effectively.
Direct laundry provides convenient dry- cleaning and laundry pick-up and delivery services throughout northern New Jersey. We then pass those savings along to our customers through convenience and lower prices. Direct Laundry is my go-to for wash and fold. Naresh and his team are reliable and professional. They are always on top for pick up and delivery. My clothes come back clean and folded within 24 hours of Direct Laundry picking them up from my apartment. I find the price point to be excellent for the services that are offered.

I don't know what happened. I used to get my laundry delivered at the specific time Now that is not the case. Not sure what happened but never received a notice it would not be delivered at the time requested .
It was a day late,. But My credit card was charged on the date that it was supposed to be delivered Not sure if I will use them again. I heard it was under "new management "
Keep this up and you will no longer have the steady loyal customers.

I have been using Direct Laundry for my dry cleaning and small tailoring jobs since they first opened their original location on Adams Street. My items are always returned quickly and in perfect condition. I started utilizing the complimentary pick up and delivery service when I had a baby because it was getting harder to leave the apartment. Love getting my stuff returned right to my door! Staff is super sweet and professional. 5 stars.

Direct Laundry is by far the best wash and fold in the Hoboken area. Tom and his staff are very thorough and always manage to return my clothes clean, neat and smelling great! They have a very reliable delivery service, Tom is very honest when saying when he can pick up and when he can drop off. If it is going to take the extra day he always lets me know. And when I need it back in a rush under certain circumstances, they always do their best to accommodate. I love that they package my clothes in groups, like the underwear is always together, same with the socks and so on. I have had a few instances

Been using direct laundry for a while now. They are fast and deliver in 24 hours when requested. If you have more than just standard wash and fold like me, they listen to instructions well as long as you clearly lay it all out for them in a text, email, or on a piece of paper. I give them my natural detergent to keep there and use for my laundry only.
Tom, the owner is very open to hearing any concerns or questions you may have about delivery or their services. When there are problems (which I understand are sometimes unavoidable) Tom is very responsive and quick to come back to pick up any items

Hands down, the best laundry, dry cleaning, and especially Wash & Fold service in the area. Not only are they very efficient with the drop off and pick up aspect, but the way they package the Wash and Fold clothes has impressed me to another level.
However, the best part about Direct Laundry, is the customer service they provide to their customers. They build relationships with their clients and now I cannot even think of another service that would I go to and get the same satisfaction in all areas!

If you have them pick up / drop off your laundry do not trust them to hang dry any of the clothes you have seperated out for them. They do not follow instructions and still charge you for the hang dry service. The first time I did the drop off service they disregarded my request and shrunk a lot of my clothes - they apologized profusely and offered to try and repair my garments. I decided to give it a second chance, and same thing! They completely disregarded my hang dry request and shrunk my items. I will not be returning to this establishment. I would not recommend going here.
