If you have any special processing items (Delicate wash, sanitizing wash, stain treatment, air-dry, etc.) or other requests, please add in the special requests box so we can make sure all items are processed EXACTLY as you'd like! You can leave your bag in secure location outside your home (doorstep, porch, patio, reception desk etc.) or reschedule a day/time on the website or mobile app.

My rating is based off first time experience as I have my prefernece to do my own laundry. No issues as they were prompt on pick-up and delivery service. Clothes were absolutely perfectly folded and set back in my laundry bag. Socks and under garments separate and matched. Laundry smelt phenomenal, just a tad potent at some moments. The price wasn't bad at all either. This could be a future service I may utilize in the near future if I get behind again with busy schedule. I will recommend this service

If you are looking for a contactless laundry service this is your place! I started using them about a month or so ago and fell in love! They have an app which is super easy to use. They allow you to add specific notes if you have items that you need a little extra attention on. They will pick up and deliver so I never have to leave my apartment.

Laundryless is the best pick up drop off laundry service in the game. The quality of service is far above and beyond the others. My clothes are always neatly packed with dryer sheets to enhance that fresh clothes smell.
As well Mike is amazing. He is so flexible with timing and doesn't hesitate to walk up three flights when I'm sick, truly remarkable. I'll never use another shop.

It was so easy, you set up an account online or by app, select how much you need done, bag it up, and they come to you. They did 100lbs of our laundry in one day! It arrived a day earlier then planned and came with multiple laundry bags flooded neatly (I sent in garbage bags bc I had nothing else). Laundryless did an amazing job for me and my family! Thank you!!

I love Laundryless!! They have the best customer service of any laundry service I have tried and I have tried them all! They are always exactly on time to pick up and drop off. They always offer to drop it off early too. They have the detergent I like so I don't have to buy it and they separate everything in plastic bags so its so easy to put everything away. Mike is a really nice guy! Highly recommended everyone to save time and use Laundryless!
