A Preinspection Agreement is mandatory in Washington. It must be signed before the inspection. The agreement clarifies and explains everything you should know about an inspection before it happens. Much of it consists of information already in the WA Admin Code chapter for Home Inspections. To make it as easy as possible, Don't Panic Inspections sends clients the agreement by email ASAP.

Colin was exceptional as my partner and I are first-time homebuyers so the process is all very new to us! Collin gave us a detailed inspection with high quality pictures and comments. He is an encouraging person and provides valuable resources to help fix any issues. It was so nice to have fast communication and attention to detail. He spent 2 whole hours on a very small manufactured home. We appreciate his super efficiency! We are very happy that we chose Collin to inspect our new home. His reports are VERY detailed (like an audit report). He prioritized the urgency of any repairs that should be made and even offered suggestions/recommendations about what to do to make the repairs.
