I provide a thorough and detailed evaluation of the condition of the home in an honest and unbiased overview to help you make a well-informed buying decision. This service is provided to prospective buyers who would like a quick overview of a home that they are considering putting an offer on.

Professional, friendly, and extremely thorough, he went over everything he found, answered every question we had clearly and without sugar coating, , and sent us the full documentation with pictures the same evening. Duplex/Multi-unit: Use total Square Feet of property as price basis and add $100 per additional unit to the price. I will spend up to an hour at a home with you and point out any potential concerns I see. I will check out the roof, foundation, plumbing, and electrical while providing estimates for the ages of the large appliances.

Cameron was great! He was extremely responsive and fit us in with a very tight inspection timeline. He came three hours before our scheduled time so that he could spend our scheduled time just going through what he already found. We got a very extensive report that night and was available for questions after. I’m grateful for his insight and feel like we know what we are walking into with our new house!

Cameron is extremely thorough in his inspection. As a first time homebuyer, my wife and I were a bit concerned about what the inspection would uncover, as the home we’re buying is not new.
Cameron takes the time to go through every thing you’d want him to and more. I have had the pleasure to do business with Cameron twice last week! The detailed reports helped me to review all of the information Cameron shared with me as we went through each house. Not only did Cameron share what needed fixing and prioritizing jobs, he also talked me through the actual process of what needed to be done, so that I could either do it myself or understand what needed to be done by a contractor. Cameron did a wonderful job on our inspection! He was very professional and thorough, and explained everything to me and my husband in a way we could understand.
