Location is next to the airport although I hardly travel. But the unit is great, leasing office is respsonvise and active.

Love the spacious apartment, the garage and the interior layout that gives each room privacy. The community is secure and safe.

I have no cell service in my apartment, my pool was closed all summer, 3 service calls submitted for my toilet. I’ve about had it with this place. Nice area but they can do a much better job managing complex.

I love living here! The staff is great and the property is beautiful. While I’ll admit I’ve had a few problems, every single problem has been resolved super quickly and above and beyond expectations. Maintenance staff is very quick when needed, and the office staff, especially Judy, along with Christina and Lillian, are always super friendly and attentive. The pandemic does currently have a few amenities inoperable, but once the club rooms reopen I’ll see if I can adjust this to six stars out of five :)

My overall experience has been great so far. Parking is great and the building is easily accessible and in a great location. The apartment and amenities look just like the online photos. The leasing agent was very nice and professional and easy to get in touch with. The leasing process was also very smooth and easy.

My biggest issue is that I fought with them for a YEAR after I moved out over outstanding charges. Almost 1k they held over my head until finally resolving the issue. I was passed along to multiple people. Given misinformation. They lost a copy of my second lease I had signed and were still trying to charge me an outrageous move out fee. Not to mention, animal feces in the hallways along with mice. Fire alarms go off constantly at all hours of the day and night. Service requests take days. My boyfriends truck got towed OUT OF THE SECURE GARAGE with a parking sticker on it. The tow damaged his bed

I posted the review above on October 2020 before I had moved in, but I regret moving here the very first day I saw my apartment. As soon as I saw my apartment I was disappointed in how dirty it was. The cabinets were not cleaned from the inside. The dishwasher had mold and grime from the previous tenants. The bathroom was a nightmare! It seemed as if the toilet nor behind the toilet hasn’t been cleaned in YEARS. Every light switch had grime and residue of food or whatever it was from the previous

I'll start by saying I was a potential applicant and met with the Leasing staff. I drove down from NYC to view a few apartment on 1/6/21. My appoint at Ashton was at 10AM and went fairly well. The complex seemed nice. It has two small gyms and seemed to have everything else I was looking for.
The leasing rep I spoke to told me they had a promotion going on. The credit was, you get a credit of six weeks of rent if you move in before January fifteenth. Today, 1/7/21 I see the website has a promotion of two weeks of rent credited. I call to get clarification. The rep spoke to the manager and tells

As per my experience with the Management and Maintenance team, I have to say that they have been very amenable to my request. They were/are very nice insuring that they provide "top shelf" quality service. It is all about treating people with respect and graciousness. If you put off positive energy then you, most likely will receive positive energy. That being said, I look forward to another year of being a resident of Ashton @ Dulles Corner.
