Our brick & mortar studio is located in beautiful Marin County, California. We offer 1:1 personal training & group fitness classes specifically designed for the unique needs of the female body through all stages of motherhood from pre-conception through menopause.

Our fitness techniques are beneficial for all women with a pelvic floor and a core (that's you!) therefor you do NOT need to be a mother or have physically birthed a child to benefit from our fitness classes & our community.We offer a variety of fun, safe, challenging, and highly effective group fitness classes including Strength Training, Barre, Pilates, & High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) all under one roof!

Sarah has created such a haven for new Mom. After 2 c-sections this is the only place I can get a good workout that is safe! I also love the end of class meditation. Thank you Luna team!

I started my prenatal exercise classes at 8 weeks having not done any strength training in years. I'm now at 20 weeks and I have a hard time staying away from classes! The days that I go I feel 3x more energy and have an elevated wellbeing. Do yourself and your baby good / get that pelvic floor stronger!

Luna Method is such an incredible place to work out while being pregnant! I feel so much better this second pregnancy than with my first! The last few months I've been able to build up balance, dedication and strength as all the exercises are absolutely appropriate for pregnant women. I could see the improvements that I made and feel the results. Also all the teachers are incredibly knowledgable, caring and they make it such a fun experience. Also I can come with my toddler who loves going there as there is child care. I'll definitely come back 6 weeks after my baby is born!

I've been attending classes regularly at Luna method and can't recommend enough this place. Stephanie, Sarah and team are amazing teachers and really built a top notch prenatal and postpartum fitness program. I also love the 5/10 min meditation at the end. The studio is clean and cute and makes you feel comfortable. I really believe it made an impact in my pregnancy, you'll feel better more energized and will get a full body work out. I'll definitely come back post birth.

Sarah is simply fantastic. I gained more info and insight from an hour-long private session with her than with months of research and trial-and-error on my own. And the group classes are such a nice retreat from your standard group workout classes as well. Can't say enough good things about The Luna Method.

Working out after having a baby can seem scary, but the ladies at Luna method make it a fun experience. I felt safe trusting the instructors to help me safely get my body back into gear after having a baby and the classes are actually enjoyable. The vibe is welcoming and everyone there is so nice. Childcare is a major plus!

I found Luna when I was in my second trimester and it has been a complete game changer. The prenatal workouts kept me in excellent shape throughout my pregnancy and certainly helped with the labor. The labor training portion of prenatal workout gets you both physically and mentally ready for the labor. Sarah's mantra is "labor is an athletic event and you must train for it", it was the first time I've heard that description and it really resonated with me. You wouldn't try to run a marathon without training for it, why go into one of the most physically challenging things

Luna Method is AMAZING! After having my son, I really wanted to return to exercise (I did crossfit and olympic weightlifting before my baby), but knew I needed to do it safely and intelligently. After attending several weeks of Core Restore and Mama Strong classes, I am way more in touch with my core and know how to properly engage it more than I ever have been in my life. Sarah, the founder, is very knowledgeable about pre- and post-natal bodies, and all the instructors are great. The classes are challenging and fun. Plus, they have childcare! As a postpartum mama, I discovered this awesome center geared just for women like me. After months of not being able to do my usual level of activity, I've come back home to what is close to my pre-birth body and have learned how to restrengthen muscles in my core, glutes, arms and legs in a fun and safe way. The teachers Sarah and Stephanie are super knowledgeable and friendly. I'm so grateful this place exists, and that my body is feeling so much stronger only after a week and half of attending classes.

The LUNA Studio has been a game changer! As a new mama it can be intimidating to get back out in the world, and even more intimidating to get into a workout space (hello dirty childcare gym or no care) but never have I felt so comfortable and SO supported in such a beautiful environment. Things I love about the Luna Studio:
- Amazing workouts while protecting your pelvic floor, back and other neglected mama areas. They may feel small at first, but just wait for the soreness to kick in as those neglected muscles get a hand to them. Tummy flat, booty plump ;)
- Type A cleanliness and superb childcare

I've started coming to Luna Center when I was in my late 2nd trimester and I've never looked back. The class is perfect and Sarah is amazing! Not only I have my core and stamina strengthen, I also get pregnancy glow :) I'm in my late 3rd trimester now and I feel better than ever because of all the exercise we've been doing. No back pain, no fatigue, just more energy! I'll definitely be back after my baby is born.

I've had a great pregnancy and I give big credit for that to Sarah and the luna center.

Exercise. Besides making sure it is safe for the baby, they adjust the routines to you special needs. Not only preparing you for labour, but also strengthening the muscles that work the hardest during pregnancy.

Such a great place! Classes are a workout whether you're pregnant or post partum. Sarah goes out of her way to understand your needs/situation and provides coaching to help you improve strength in places you need it most. Sarah is extremely knowledgeable and excellent at teaching you how to focus on your specific problem areas.

I haven't used childcare yet, but it's a great space for kids and infants are allowed in class.

I recently took at class at the Luna Center and it was great! It was not too strenuous for my pregnant body yet felt like a really good overall workout and was sore the following day! I think it is an important addition to my prenatal routine. The instructor, Sarah, was very attentive to make sure I was in the correct positions and breathing to my diaphragm and engaging my core. I can take the things she taught me related to breathing and positioning to my labor which is awesome too!

I loved the classes i have taken at The Luna Center so far! As a mama to be, I always feel like I am getting a good work out in, as well as training my body for my upcoming birth! Sarah is a great instructor and really focuses individual attention on her clients, ensuring that we are working the body in the appropriate way.
