Thank you to all at hunters glen. Katrina, Vince, Samantha! The staff here is great, they genuinely care about the community and tenants. Whenever I had any issue I could bring it to them and it was taken care of. Clean and quiet and no speeding or you will have one handsome maintenance man shaking his finger at you. Lol...seriously though it was a very wonderful and perfect place for me and my wife to start our lives together. I will miss it, especially the great folks in the office..... and bear, were gonna miss bear too!

Me and my roommate lived here for 6 months, as we were in a bind and they worked with us. The management was very nice, and responded to all our issues really quickly, and professionally. We got our full security deposit back, after our stay, but we also took care of our apartment and gave them no reason to keep any of it.
The only down side is the parking, it feels like there are more people in an apartment than there should be, i.e 10 people in a 2 bedroom, based on the amount of cars always parked.
Location is great, and the area is quiet.

Do not rent here. The property manager is grossly incompetent and unqualified for her job. She will enforce policies without proper notice and threaten to evict over the slightest altercation. I've lived in other apartment complexes and the property management has been nothing but courteous and professional. If I could give this place a half star rating I would. The apartments themselves are outdated and mold is prevalent no matter how much you clean. The walls are paper thin and the only reason someone would actually want to live here is due to it's location. Rent is much too high and you'll be

I have been living here since October of 2019! I absolutely love my apartment ! Maintenance has been very quick on work orders ! The office staff has been extremely helpful and welcoming! I recommend anyone looking for a quiet apartment stop by hunters glen. You will fall in love with everything about it ! The friendly staff always waves or says hello when walking or driving by them !

I lived in that apparent for almost 3 years. I would give 5 stars if i had to rate it just before i moved out. Nice treatment i ever got from any apartments during move-in and stay of 3 years.
But i was treated horribly when i moved out. They charged me almost $1000 for stupid things i had never imagined i would be charged for such as worn-out kitchen counter top, specs of dust on the blinds and fans etc. Horrible concept of ripping off people’s hard earn money. Such a disgusting management.

We lived there for approximately 8 months and they charged for clean carpet and clean wall
Which we had cleaned for four hours. This place is good but forget the deposit. They will charge you for the carpet cleaning no matter how clean the carpet is. They ask receipt for carpet cleaning which means even if you clean it yourself for $40 by renting a machine from Home Depot... won’t work. And one time they tried to charge me Because some one hit there shoulder in parking lot and broke it which was outside the compound...and it was one brick loose (stacked brick) they assumed I hit the brick Because

The walls are very thin. You can hear your neighbors breathe. The gym is basic with one treadmill. You cannot do laundry after 9pm. You will not get switched to another apartment if you have any issues. You cannot break the lease, you have to stay until the lease is over. If you move out, you still have to pay the lease. It's a nice apartment with nice landscape and the price is cheap but that's it.
