They are friendly, honest, hard working people. The service is exceptional and reasonable too. I brought my Mom's wedding dress in, that was never preserved, to see if they could clean it. I spoke to Gerard who could have told me sure, knowing full well that it couldn't be done. Instead he told me the truth that it was too damaged to even try. Even though I have a dry cleaners 2 mins down the road from me, I will always take my business to Willow Cleaners. I've also recommended them to family and friends.
