Do not go here! We go because it's close but never again, first they hemmed my husbands pants and it took them 3 tries because they made them look like he had sand in his underwear, the second time it took them 3 times to get a small stain out of a shirt but waited till we drove to pick it up to realize and re do it
And now they hemmed and righted a dress for me, except the dress is still dragging on the floor, it's still huge, and they hung me 250 dollar dress up by putting huge safety pins through the front to pin it to a hanger even tho I gave it to them on a good hanger. Each time we ask.for

They lost all my shirts (8) refusing to admit it and playing some games with me "maybe you forgot and already took it?", "maybe you asked somebody to pick them up?", "come back in a few days - we need to investigate our cameras", "we did not roll back our cameras yet because it takes some time", etc. When simply replaying with "there are should be some traces in your database (i.e. payment) if it was already picked up (not to mention that the receipt was in my hands) they simply kept ignoring this argument. To their credit, the owner eventually (after about 5-6 visits) was offering to reimburse

Terrible. They charged me $25 for 4 dress shirts and a pair of pants to get dry cleaned, claiming that 3 of the shirts needed to be "cleaned even more". I get the clothes back and still find little marks that were on their before, and new ones that were not previously. How do you charge someone more for extra cleaning, and then leave the shirts in worse condition than they were in before you dropped them off. I repeat, terrible

Awful. Paid $25 to have the legs and arms of my daughters Halloween costume shortened and she did a terrible job. She told me she was going to remove the "elastic" trim and reattach it and she didn't. The sleeves are also too short so her measuring was off. Do yourself a favor and find another place if you need alterations.

Just went into store to discuss with owner the work his seamstress did. He took no responsibility for the work she did for which he collected money on behalf of Black. He claimed the seamstress works for herself yet he took the money and that if she admits to the mistake he will give the money back to me. Now we both know she will not admit to a mistake that will get her fired. She probably isn't even getting prevailing wage so what is he going to do take it out of her pocket. I barely got this man to admit I spoke with him last week and that he in fact was the owner of
