Formerly a member of the executive team of LHD Enterprises where Jon oversaw several departmental functions, including management of the Colorado region and head of the entrepreneurial group, while handling all legal affairs for the company's Colorado, New England and Upstate New York offices.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience working with Jon and his team. I was nervous about buying a new home in the fast-paced (and expensive!) Denver market, but Jon walked us through each step of the process so we were well-informed and in control. He was patient with us as well looked at tons of houses, and listened to all of our concerns. Jon Terry has been and always will be our realtor. Jon has been our buyer agent as well as seller agent. 7 years ago, he guided us on a multitude of decisions we needed to make when buying our first home. He provided recommendations and shared his expertise on how to build our home to our liking but also for resale value. The latter was put to test most recently when we decided to sell our home.

Jon has helped us for several years now. Currently we just bought our second investment property. Jon Terry did an outstanding job. My husband and I were first time home buyers, so we knew very little about the home buying process. Jon was with us each step of the way, explaining and answering the many questions we had.
When it came to the final closing on our new home, we were so grateful to have Jon by our side. He is so detail-oriented and knowledgeable about real estate transactions, that he caught some contract errors the title company had been using for months! We could tell that the sellers and the selling agent were jealous.
