Total Property Management has taken over managing the HOA for my home. This is the most unprofessional company I have had the displeasure to deal with. I have had a leak in my home causing damage since late September, it is now the end of December. All professionals who have viewed the issue have found this to fall under the HOA. Unfortunately no one at Total Property Management seems to care about managing the property and preventing damage. I have attempted contact with the community manager Michael and his manager Danny but I have received no phone calls or emails back. If you have any choice

Unresponsive and unprofessional. Their 30 days to review an "architectural change" request...has turned into 50 days and counting. It's a simple fill-in-the-blank form. I requested an approved exterior paint color scheme.
My dues are paid automatically and we follow the HoA guidelines. I expect them to DO what they are paid to do.
Apparently, that's beyond their capability.
Several emails and calls...ZERO response.
If you're moving to Avondale, avoid neighborhoods serviced by this property management company.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Current resident at one of their managed properties. When you need answers from them they will suddenly start ducking your calls and sending you to voicemail and call you "aggressive" for trying to get a hold of them to get questions answered. Thanks for nothing Jerri.

Total Property Management is a joke! The only reason I give the company one star is because the receptionist is wonderful and does her best to help. A customer has to call many, many times before a call is returned.
Today the trees are being "trimmed" on the property, but the tenants received no notice. We are NEVER notified when something is done on the property, whether it is a change in the watering schedule, or a new landscaping crew. We have not had a regular landscaping crew in months, and the community looks awful! Why are we paying an HOA?

I'm a veteran and just tried to purchase a condo in Santa Ana in a community called the Tennessean. The HOA representative from TPM denied the VA on grounds that TPM does not wish to do business with the Veterans Affairs. The VA loan I was getting has nothing to do with the condo I was trying to purchase or TPM it's simply a benefit I earned. This was complete discrimination towards veterans by Total Property Management. If you're a veteran or anybody with values do not do business with this company.

I was considering buying a property managed by this company. I decided to call and ask them a few questions to see how the interaction went. They rudely refused to speak to me. Wouldn't even let me finish asking a question before the rude lady started talking over me. I don't know what place I will buy but I will make sure whatever place I do is not managed by this company that is FOR SURE

I highly encourage everyone to file formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and any other entity that will seriously look into the unethical business practices of Total Property Management. I'm tired of how Bill Scales' office and this company makes you jump through hoops and treats the home owners as if we are all financially irresponsible. I'm fed up with Total PM, and just filed a complaint with the BBB.

I am suprised to read negative reviews about TPM. I personally find them very helpful and professional. Their customer service is friendly, helpful and receptive to our asks and constructive suggestions. The only remark I need to make is that the payment link is not working at this time and I am not able to make my payment which I hope they will correct timely w/o any penalty to the owners.

This is an inept and completely unethical company! Beware! If you hire them you will regret it and they will bankrupt your hoa and not care one bit! They do all kinds of things that are against California state laws regarding hoa’s. And quite frankly due to their refusal to provide copies of the financials/expenditures when they are requested leads me to believe they are hiding something. I fear that money is being stolen from our hoa!

I am a condo owner of several different condos in Scottsdale. I called one of my onsite office's today to ask a question. To my surprise, Sarah Matson answered the phone. I didn't think it was possible. But after a minute on the phone I knew it was her. She was amazing to work with, and I hope you're able to fill her desk with someone like her. She will greatly be missed by many in the Association. I'm just so thankful I get to still continue to work with her although not with your company. It was sad that I heard she had left. I noticed that things within your company changed

Worst management company I have ever dealt with. They are completely unresponsive. My car has been pelted by their sprinklers for months. Hard Arizona water ruins the paint on cars. I have been told that to get the sprinklers to stop hitting my car I had to track down the maintenance company. That's not my job. That's why I pay HOA fees, to have them handle things of this nature. None the less, I did their job and found the maintenance company, despite the fact that I have my own job to handle, and the maintenance company told me that any requests as such had to come from their employer

Michelle Benson is the name of the woman our condo community designated us to communicate with regarding parking permits. She and Total Property Management have been an absolute nightmare to deal with.
Between unreturned emails, miscommunication with the condo community's towing service, and various unclear instructions, we have been unable to resolve a parking permit issue for weeks upon weeks.
Michelle Benson and Total Property Management are the epitomy of the reason why HOAs and Property Management companies get such a bad reputation with homeowners. They treat their customers like second

Not having any luck with this HOA...very rude, doesn't return phone calls or emails, , bully homeowners, no guest or handicapped homeowners or guests, structural damage to all 14 of my stairs and yet , how petty, the HOA will only replace 12 of the 14 existing, crumbling, damaged stairs which poses a safety hazard( still waiting for my 14 stairs after 10 days) , and the list goes on and on.

I received a parking permit for the community I live in and about 2 weeks after I have the permit on my windshield, I was towed. On a Saturday night. I call Patrol One and I apparently have the wrong sticker. I call and leave a message with the mgmt company. The will not do a release so I do not have to pay the $290, I have to email them my receipt and hope the Board will approve my reimbursement. I plan to go to the Board meeting and complain.

I cannot say enough about Kathy Bejune at Total Property Management. She has gone above and beyond the proverbial call of duty on numerous occasions. I own a condo at Milano Terrace and I have found Kathy to be consistently courteous, professional and a problem solver who manages it all without any fuss, muss, mess or drama. She's as good as it gets.
