I’d give this place 10 stars if I could. We lived here for 3 years and have to move, but keep saying how much we’ll miss this place. The staff is kind and attentive. The premises are well kept and clean. It’s a very pleasant community and the location is hard to beat in terms of groceries or other errands. Happy to have spent 3 years here. Absolutely recommend.

Parking is awful. Residents cannot have visitors or their cars will be towed. There is a tow truck that sits outside the parking lot on Friday and Saturday nights mind you, not all the spots are taken, although the complex will tell you they are. They have said in the past that they have tried a section just for visitors and it did not work... not sure why? Why can't a certain amount of spot be designated and passed be given on a first come first serve basis? They only way you can have a visitor is if the resident rents a garage And the visitor can then park in the garage. Not everyone has the

Maintenance does a fantastic job a replying to residence requests and coordinating with their schedule. This is especially important during a time where more residents are working virtually. Never had a more considerate staff listening to the needs of residents. Great dedication to making improvements!

As a frequent guest I can appreciate all that Regatta Bay has to offer. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. The courtyard with it's amenities is an added bonus. I have also had many interactions with staff member Ben Burke. He is very attentive and knowledgeable of the property. You can tell he enjoys what he is doing. he appears to work hard and go and above and beyond to help residents and guests. He is a great asset to the management team. My husband and I have lived here over a year now and absolutely love it! From the Property Manager Diana, Assistant Property Manager Kim and Sales Rep Ben you can’t go wrong! They always get back to you right away even during this Pandemic! All our neighbors are nice and it’s always clean throughout our development. Maintenance staff are all friendly and always waving or saying hi. I also love how I can walk to Safeway or Annapolis Mall if I wanted to. I have lived here for almost two years now, and it has been a very good experience (and I am picky). No problems. The staff and maintenance team are very responsive, professional and nice. The outdoor landscape team is always working to keep the area nice and clean. No problems with the neighbors. Nice to have garages available. They took COVID seriously, making us feel safe. Lots of dogs here, so pet friendly (although no real "dog zone." Overall, I would say definitely worth checking out.

Amazing place to stay. The neighborhood is quiet, the neighbors are nice and welcoming. The staff are very professional and always there to help. Especially George, he’s head of the maintenance staff and he goes above and beyond. Very friendly and amazing at his job. Great place to live! Highly recommended!
