Talentology is a talent, HR and creative services agency primarily serving government agencies and small and medium sized businesses with talent staffing, human resources support, technical and creative services. Talentology started in the Fall of 2016 as a boutique talent agency representing actors, models, voice-over artists, musicians and niche specialty entertainment acts. Over the years, our clients have grown to trust us with the success of their events, and we have evolved to serve their needs as a reliable source of quality productions.
Nikki O'Dell founded Talentology in 2016 after 5 years in the financial services industry where she held a series 6 & 63 NASD licenses, developed the first Hispanic services division and built the Spanish language services division from the ground-up and provided investment education for a firm with more than $100 million in assets.
