I had been going to Visual Eyes for 22 years, but my last experience I felt the office policy put my health at risk. It's a health care business that refuses to wear masks unless a customer asks the staff to wear them. Staff does not practice social distancing, and I had a choice either to sit next to other patients not wearing masks, or stand for 20 minutes waiting for my appointment. Hard to believe a health care provider operates like this in a pandemic, and I regret that I or the other 4 members of my family will not be returning. I arrived in Boca for a holiday vacation, and my airline has misplaced by bag for over 4.5 days. I googled the closest eye care center to my hotel, and arrived at Visual eyes. I was greeted by Vanessa Alvarez at the front desk, and I am so happy to review that customer service is far from lost on some people, Vanessa was gracious, sympathetic and solved my short term issues of having no contacts for a few days! can't say enough nice things about her and that experience! highly recommended!

Awesome shop. We are new to Florida and I bought glasses elsewhere and they were not fit well and I was never happy with them. While my husband was in buying glasses this week James took the time with me to double check the fitting, RX and measurements. It turns out they weren't made right by my shop. James figured out what 2 people at my doctor couldn't inside of 5 minutes. Now I know where to go! Beautiful store and selection.

I have been through a few eye doctors over the years, then finally started coming to Visual Eyes. Best optometrist I've used. Very clean office with many options for glasses. Amazing! I've been going to Visual Eyes for 4 or 5 years now and i have never once had a bad experience. Evey single person there is nice and caring. Vanessa is wonderful and fun. It's great walking into doctors office and they know who you are. Dr. Radice is phenomenal!! She truly cares about you, your vision and your health.
