I followed the advice of my friends, and they were right! Dr Mitchell intently listened to my concerns, took his time, and answered everything respectfully. His office staff is cheerful and friendly.
I wish it were possible if other doctor staff members could come into this office just to see how patients should be treated.

This was my first experience with this office; it was also the best experience I have ever had with an eye exam. In the past/over the years, I was always uncomfortable with the refraction process (feeling forced to quickly guess between options). I did not have that feeling here. This office gained my confidence in four ways: (1) The technician (Jason) said things like: “Take your time. I don’t want you to guess. I want you to be confident.” That gave me confidence. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted, taken care of immediately and had a very thorough exam. I am diabetic and truly have to undergo an extensive evaluation. Dr. Mitchell and staff are kind, knowledgeable and have an amazing way of communicating so that I am able to comprehend all they were checking for and doing. I am grateful and recommend Dr. Mitchell highly. I walked out feeling great!

Have been a patient for a few years, had to be reassigned because of my insurance. Dr.Mitchell is very thorough, great bedside manners, knowledgeable and most importantly is pleasant and takes the time to listen and inform. Has a great team working with him. My most memorable moment is that during the pandemic they took the time to clean in front of me. What a relief from asking “was this sanitized”. Great job Doc!

This was my first appt with Dr Mitchell and I was very pleased. I had been recommended to the office by multiple sources.
The caring staff made sure I was comfortable and social distancing is reassuring. Fully explaining all issues pertaining to my visit was appreciated.
