Found my new optometrist and office! The doctor was amazing and very comforting and let me know exactly what she was doing and why and also had a sense of humor ( Always a plus for me) And the ladies in front, especially Melissa, who knew what frames I needed just by looking at my face and seamlessly walked me through the whole insurance process. I had an amazing experience with this store! I haven't had my eyes checked in over 2 years..They made me feel comfortable walking into the establishment from beginning to the very end.. The doctor makes you feel very comfortable and her bedside manners are amazing... she cracks me up she's very funny by the way.. Everyone made me feel welcome and after my exam, I was shown the best pair for me. The experienced staff helped make this a pleasant experience and answered any questions I had. I just received my new glasses and I am in LOVE! They fit perfectly and grip just enough. The expert on site lab made sure to get my lenses just right, without any initial transition between prescriptions. I’ll definitely be back.

The service here was fantastic. My glasses were broken while on vacation. The problem was that my frames were totally destroyed and my frames were of a type that is hard to find. Without my glasses I would not be able to drive. The fine folks at World Eyeglasses were very sympathetic to my predicament and looked for the quickest and most economical way to solve my problem. They were able to salvage my lenses and find a frame that could be adapted to fit my lenses so that I was able to continue on with my vacation. Very misleading with pricing, the equipment is antiquated and their employees lack customer service. My contact lenses were ordered 5 days after my eye exam. I was offered an additional set of contacts for my delay, which I never received. Please stay away from this place.
Update (03/28/2020) They called me same day after I left to tell me my lenses are in. I went the next day and picked them up. When I got home a I noticed that the contact lenses expired 11/2019, if I didn't noticed this would have probably been damaging to my eyes.

The customer service is amazing, I scheduled my appointment over the phone the day before a gentleman helped me, I didn't get his name but he was very helpful with scheduling me around work and answering any questions I had at the time. Optical person didn't address my disapproval of reading glasses I paid $43 copay w Humana plan. I confirmed w optometrist that the Rx she wrote will give me a focused vision between eye to lap n eye to extended arm fingertip. Didn't get that as a end product. I have been using World Eye for glasses adjustments when I would visit from Maryland. They are the only place I have ever found that makes my glasses fit perfectly. Last week I developed a problem with my left eye. I stopped in and explained my problem. Dr. Schwartz saw me immediately, determined my problem, helped me find a specialist that takes my insurance and helped expedite that appointment! Between her and all the staff, my anxiety level was lowered and I felt confident that I was in good hands.

Terrible experience!! When I called and made my appointment I was told it was 99$ for a contact exam. The girl asked what contacts I wear I told her which ones I wear for astigmatism. When I arrived I filled out my paper work and had to wait 30 minutes to find out the price I was quoted was not for people with astigmatism! STOP!! If your planning on seeing this Eye Dr. I went yesterday to get new frames for my glasses.I was told by the Sandra that i couldn't use my lenses because they could not cut them down to fit anything,finding it strange i asked how much for new lenses and frame.BTW Sandra was very short and curt with me and she came back with a price of $448 when i questioned the price and said that i have a coupon for $130 discount she said i can't use it because she already discounted the glasses,I never asked for a discount and she was trying to tell me the glasses should be priced at $578 ???
