Hors d'oeuvres served piping hot out of the oven add elegance and sophistication to any event. Our catering specialist will be happy to recommend the perfect variety and quantity for your guests. All our chicken entrees can be prepared with either large bite sized pieces of chicken (easy to serve and easy to eat) or whole chicken breasts (to serve as a plated entree).

Howie and his staff recently catered my outdoor wedding in Putnam County. I am an event planner so I got several quotes from the area and Gersky's was EXTREMELY affordable. Overall we had a fabulous experience and everyone was talking about the food afterwards! Howie worked with me on the menu and was able to take my requirements (a lot of different food restrictions - allergies, vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free AND gluten-free!!) and put out a WONDERFUL buffet. I had a vision for the meal and it all came together perfectly. Not to mention that his staff went above and beyond to make sure everything

I cannot say enough about Howie and the food. We are from Buffalo, NY and are extremely picky when it comes to food and especially Italian. This food was OUTSTANDING! We had about 30 people come for our sons West Point Graduation and I couldn't have asked for anything better, every single person raved about it! I only wish we lived closer because I would use Gersky's for everything! I can never thank Howie and his staff enough!

We ultimately had to cancel our wedding with our venue due the current pandemic. We re-planned our entire wedding to be a backyard wedding in a tent. We were referred to Howie at Gersky's for catering and OH MY GOSH what an excellent choice it was! Within about a month and a half Howie worked with us to create a menu that was within our budget. We are an Italian family so food is very important to us! Gersky's exceeded out expectations and worked very hard to accommodate us given the timeframe and the weather (it snowed on our OCTOBER wedding!) I would highly recommended Gersky's to anyone who
