In 1958, Dan Ledley started a simple catering service, delivering hot coffee, donuts, and lunch to workers at companies and job-sites throughout Putnam County.
With the help of his wife Patricia, their five children, and many friends and associates, the business expanded and Ledley Food Service began catering barbecues, family events, and weddings; eventually moving into a 5000-square foot commissary, warehouse, and office location in Brewster, NY.

I would like to take this time to thank Brian and his staff tremendously. I have been in the food service industry for over 30 years and when I tell u this company and staff were exceptional!!!!! Just had our third Annual Putnam Service Dogs event and the Ledley food Service staff handled the event from Lunch to Dinner and the effort by Ms Annie Ledley and her staff was exceptional! Staff was not only polite but treated each of our 48 people with a genuine respect and made you feel like they enjoyed what they did! Not phony in any way..Food was very good.

I had Ledleys catered a suprise bridal shower. They were punctual, very organized and were flexible with things the bridal party wanted and didn't want. Seeings how it was my first time hiring a caterer for an event, Brian was patient and answered all of my questions within a timely matter. The food was very good it was neither dry nor under cooked. The Swedish meatballs were the best and highly recommend for an appetizer.
