At the time of booking a credit card advance payment will be required in the amount of $200.00 to include a non-refundable reservations fee (see "Reservations Fee" below). Optional travel insurance, which protects you from unexpected events such as hurricanes (see "Vacation Insurance Protection" below) is available for a fee of 6.5% of the reservation total, and if taken is also due at the time of booking.

Worst vacation ever!My family stayed at El Matador Unit 215.From the first day we spotted roaches,spiders and bugs. I notified Chris Ault at Alicia J Hollis realtors.Her only solution was to send out pest control.I said I would not want someone spraying pesticides while my family was still there and all our personal items.I sent her pictures of roaches,and spiders that we encountered.I told her we would be leaving that evening because our family did not feel comfortable staying one more night there as that morning I spotted a huge brown spider right next to my son while he was sleeping.My husband

I cannot say enough good things about this Company! Work sent me to FWB with 4 days notice and I had no idea how long I would be there. Chris Ault jumped right in and made sure I had an AWESOME and AFFORDABLE place immediately. A year after I left FWB I called the office to check for availability for my vacation and Chris not only remembered me, but was equally as awesome as she was last year! They are awesome to work with! I'll never use anyone else!
