Experience Humberto began his legal career in 2002 as an insurance defense litigator for a prominent defense firm in Atlanta. He represented employers, insurance carriers, self-insureds and servicing agents in.

Timothy M. Klob attended Georgia State University College of Law and graduated in 1994. Prior to law school, Mr. Klob obtained a bachelor's degree in civil engineering in 1988 from the University of Texas at Arlington. While in law school, Tim worked as a civil engineer with the Georgia Department of Transportation and earned his license as a Professional Engineer (P.E.).

My Workers Comp case was quite complicated when I approached Tim with the details. He took the time to listen to the issues I had encountered over a four-month period in my struggle to obtain a resolution. Tim immediately knew what to do and laid out an aggressive plan to obtain a proper settlement for me. He not only assisted me in gaining a fair and timely settlement in GA but also was instrumental in assisting my Attorney in OH to reverse a negative ruling in that state. My OH Attorney now expects an additional settlement stemming from this case in OH in early 2022. Gabriel was very helpful

Tim Klob is by far one of the best! He has treated me with the up most respect and whenever I have had a question or concern he has always been there to answer them. I did not feel like I was client i felt more like a friend or a family member with how I was treated.
