We have celebrated our son’s 6th birthday there, I can’t even thank enough to entire stuff and Ricky, he was very engaged and made sure that the kids had a blast. He had everything ready and the whole thing was very organized. This was by far one of the most unforgettable birthday parties my son has had so far. Thank you again for great “Ninja” party

Sensei Rick, the owner of Leadership Martial Arts is an incredible instructor. He is great with kids and their Guardians. He is patient and kind. The value in my child attending this studio cannot be measured by a monetary value. But by the benefits we see daily. We know without a doubt the children who attend here will go places! From day one my experience has been very positive, especially with higher ranks always willing to help that my children look up too.
I highly recommend any person who has SPD (Sensory Processing Disorders), ADHD etc to come here. This company teaches our children at their own pace and lets them be theirselves while pushing little by little to improve my children capabilities which is exactly what they need. Nothing is better than seeing your children have fun and thrive with an amazing instructor who respects and shows leadership

My girls have been going to Leadership Martial Arts for 4 years now. Sensei Rick has a passion and dedication to his students that comes through so clearly in everything he does. My older daughter has grown and developed so much self-confidence as a result of her training and my younger daughter has gained discipline and respect. My kids are learning karate & self-defense but they’re also becoming strong, confident, respectful young adults & learning skills they can use to be successful in life. My son and I really enjoy the Little Dragons classes at Leadership Martial Arts, in Southington CT. We began classes during Covid-19 and had no issues at all. The children get their temperature check before each class, they spread out in their own areas and the mats are disinfected after each class. Sensei Rick is absolutely fantastic with the kids and he is the foundation of Leadership Martial Arts. He is fun, patient and makes each class exciting and unique. Our daughter joined Leadership Martial Arts in November after attending a wonderful birthday party there. I really liked how COVID safe the studio was. All social distancing guidelines were followed and the kids still had so much fun. Rick was also so great with the kids, teaching them some discipline but maintaining a fun atmosphere. Once my daughter joined his class, I saw how beneficial karate at LMA can be for my daughter. It has taught her discipline, more respect, how to work hard when things are hard, and how to set and work toward a goal. She can be with and interact with other kids in

I’ve never met someone who is more passionate about their students than the owner, Rick! All of the students, and parents alike, feel welcomed, respected, and immediately part of the Leadership Martial Arts family. My oldest daughter has loved each class and my youngest cannot wait until she’s old enough to join in. I simply cannot recommend the studio enough and thank Rick for how much he has gone above and beyond with safety protocols. If you’re on the fence, trust me, you’ll be extremely happy once you step foot in the studio.
