I went for an alignment, they gave me a set price to do the lob, which was 79.99 plus tax! They informed me that I needed arm control arms, then charged me $40 just to tell me that! Mineke wouldn't have charge for that info! It was not satisfying over drafting my account to pay for something that didn't get fixed! That could of at least made that known before I came in for service!

Even though nothing (horrible) ended up being wrong with my car, the people here are amazing. Skip drove me home after I dropped my car off and when I told him I ubered to work the day I went and picked my car up, he said “ah, I would’ve taken you” They are just some good people who know their stuff. Same Tire Pros excellence that I’ve had in other locations. Thank you guys for everything !

The service here is horrible! You go in for an oil change and they literally tell you how much other stuff is wrong with your car. On top of that the guy at the front desk is a crook. I've never heard of an oil change costing 60 bucks for a chevy or buick. I only go here because it is close to home but I feel cheated after I leave almost everytime. I definitely don't recommend coming here!

I pass this place every day on my commute to work. We needed brake work done and after a horrid experience with Pep Boys, I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Sherry on the phone whom was so friendly and said she could work me in, same day. When I arrived, she set me up with wifi while I waited. Numerous people came and went while I was there - at least 4 commented on how funny and nice Sherry was. The guys that popped out from the garage were all gentlemen and seemed very knowledgeable. One of the customers was a former employee - that speaks volumes to me. I'm so very glad
