I went in for a powder manicure and pedicure. Linda did a wonderful job with my pedicure, but I was left sitting with my fingers in the polish solution for over 45 minutes and was asked to remove the old powder polish myself. After an hour they hadn’t started on my nails so I left, my skin was so itchy and uncomfortable I couldn’t stand it. I left and won’t go back.

The nail bar didn’t have any designs to offer and very basic colors to choose from. Once i got home I had to file my nails more because the polish was already chipping. One of the techs tried to force dipping on my teenage daughter when she insisted on regular acrylic gel. Additionally the price listed was not the price quoted it was $5 higher than listed. Very poor quality nails for the price I paid for me and my daughters.

Nice atomosphere; however, I went for a mani-pedi. my nails were cut unevenly, and from the time you sit down, they dump all this stuff in your lap like 5 color charts to review even though you can't because your hands are in water! My heels were not "shaved" so I left with rough heels and was told they I had dry heels and to use vaseline at night. Cuticles were not smooth and and not removed properly. I felt like I was being rushed. They asked all kinds of questions behind a mask so I couldn't understand what they were talking about (I don't have my nails done often

They are not skilled nail technicians, and they will over charge for services. They messed up coffin shaped nails, then double charged me. The eyelash lady said prices vary depending on length, and fullness, but charged me the same price for both times which only stayed on a week . They also mock African Americans laughing, and looking at you speaking in their native language. The customer service is terrible. Do not give them your business!

Granddaughter came once before, liked their service. My 1st time here..walked in, man who greeted us said " I am going to send you to my cousins shop (Lilly nails) by Home depot they can see you now... Got there and it was a 20 min wait and not good service..felt rushed one w sat down with a tech. Why not just let us wait for a seat at a location we liked and pay for good service, instead of sending us elsewhere?

Do not go to this nail shop! The gel they use peels off the very next day. No one in the nail shop know how to shape or paint your nails. You walk out with your nails looking like you did them yourself. Very elementary like. They charge extremely way to much, especially considering they are not at the level of most professional techs. I do not recommend Bliss Nails. They are the absolute worse.

Overall, I’d give a 1.5. Pedicure was pretty good, had to tell tech to roll hot stones on both sides of legs. Manicure was okay but instead of giving me what I asked for they were too busy up selling . Lip waxing resulted in a lot of irritation. Will not wax there again. Tech was very rough and pushing to wax more areas. I was abandoned at one point because they decided another customer was more important. Not the best way to gain loyalty from new customers.

Pleasant salon with furnishings on par with most salons. Had pedicure only today with no polish. Service was good and efficient. Took care of problem areas without needing to be asked. Even though I am a fan of the type music being played I found it a juxtaposition to the calming atmosphere I associate with a relaxing pedicure.

Called in and was told someone would be available in 20 mins so I come in later to accommodate. So here I am sitting in a dry foot tub for 45 minutes watching others getting serviced before me. Granted one was an older woman so I understand. All I wanted was gel manicure and pedicure. I am highly disappointed in the wait. However, the service was absolutely wonderful. My nails and feet look and feel amazing.

Very customer service friendly and they do a great job. I got there close to closing and they still took their time and didn't rush me through. I'll definitely return. My feet felt amazing! A lot of the other places are too crowded and there's so much going on. Bliss is perfect and the ambiance is great too!

Love this place! Really clean and inside is super nice. There is never a wait as they have PLENTY of staff ready for when it gets really busy. I have gotten my nails done by almost everyone there and can say I've been satisfied every time. Everyone is really friendly, the manager Henry is absolutely on it and watches to make sure everyone is tended to in a timely manner.
