From my initial interaction with the team, to planning, the service itself and even the closing details, Jr., Adrian and Bethany were extremely professional, patient, courteous and understanding every step of the way. Given we wanted to have a service within 24 hours, which in our case landed on a Sunday, we ran into challenges but Jr. was able to find creative solutions and accommodate all our requests and needs. The team handled our situation as if it were their own family, and for situations like this, I think that's exactly what you want from a Funeral Home.

Junior handled our arrangements with care, professionalism and efficiency, addressing all of our concerns, while keeping the process incredibly smooth. He knew all the right questions to ask to insure that things would move forward how we wished, anticipating and walking us through what needed to be done each step along the way. During a time that's obviously painful, Junior's actions helped minimize the stress of the situation.

Would recommend to everyone. After a sudden death there is so much to handle and Junior kept me up to date and helped every step of the way through the process. I don't think he ever sleeps! Lovely to work with, compassionate and caring I highly recommend Danbury Memorial Funeral Home. They also post their prices which is a bonus you don'thave to guess or waste time looking around.

It made that big of an impression on not only myself, who was in charge of making arrangements, but also on everyone who attended the graveside funeral of our loved one. Unlike other corporate-owned funeral homes, this is a family-oriented business that truly cares about you and your loved one's memorial. Confessor (Junior) and his team were wonderful all around. They were extremely responsive during the planning stage, which seemed to not be common practice amongst the funeral homes in the area. I live across the country and had to do the majority of the planning via email/phone. After speaking with over 14 homes, none of them impressed me the way that Junior and Amanda did. They were detailed and considerate, never pushing unneeded services or impatient with my questions.

Junior and his organization are beyond professional, empathetic, and just kind in every way. Before my mother transitioned, Jr and his team answered all my questions quickly, was responsive, and helped me make decisions I clearly wasn't ready to make, easier than I could have imagined. When the time came the team came quickly, was gentle, and… took proper care of my mother. I want to take a minute to recognize an amazing human. My Brother and his wife experienced an unimaginable loss in losing their newborn daughter, Athena. In those dark hours where confusion, pain and helplessness feel like one giant boulder on your chest, this man Confessor embraced my Brother and his wife in his loving arms both physically and… emotionally and made sure they knew he had their backs. Very professional and make you feel like family. They really take the time to listen and understand that went people is looking for their service they are emotional hurt and all other feelings you have and you loose a love one, but they make it go so mostly with their kindness and the respect that it is good to know that we have a place like this in town.
