Jeff has helped me through one of the hardest times in my life! I started getting coaching and meditating sessions with Jeff right before the COVID-19 pandemic hit. At that point, I was dealing with a lot of health, habitual and emotional problems and the pandemic made everything worse. Jeff and I worked together through one of my toughest years. I chose Jeff because I wanted someone who could help coach the whole person not just a specific domain like fitness coaching or career coaching.

I have been sharing a meditation session with Jeff for over a year now. Once a week same time same day. It helps to give me structure to have a “date” for this particular 20 minute session with Jeff every week. Jeff tailors every session to where we are in life that particular day so his direction always feels new and in the moment...he makes a real connection. I think there are two things that Jeff Siegel does that allowed him to change my life. First, he didn’t make me follow some pre-made template- he worked with me to create a unique plan to crush my personal goals. Second, Jeff Siegel is all things wellness. If you want to get jacked, of course, he can get you there. Had no prior experience with meditation and/or stretching. Started doing stretching sessions regularly with Jeff about 5-6 months ago and it's been a life changer. I spend about 12 hours sitting at a desk and it's had a really positive effect on my performance and general body well being.
I've also taken part in the commit to sit course and it's been extremely helpful in exploring meditation, and better managing stress.

Working with Jeffrey has truly been a life-changing experience. Prior to working with Jeffrey I was consumed by negative thoughts, low self-esteem/confidence, and feeling like I was in a cycle of monotony.
