Julie Fischer of Full Circle Counseling helped me move forward when I needed to overcome the fear of my own identity. I had reached out to her in hopes that she would tell me I was crazy and to stop longing for the impossible. Instead, she helped to guide me toward an acceptance of myself that I've never been able to achieve before. I've still got a long way to go, as we all do, but I'm happy I've selected someone who's compassion and care has allowed me to realize my personal blocks and overcome them. I was referred to Julie Fischer at Full Circle Counseling by my Primary Care Physician (PCP). For that I am so Grateful! I have many physical health issues which eventually lead to long-term disability and suffer from extreme Anxiety, Panic Attacks and Depression. Also, I'm a recovering Alcoholic. I really had a lot of issues going on for many years. I had been to Psychiatrists and Counselors before but never got all the help I needed or didn't have that comfort level with them. Mostly I was put on many medications.

Who among us doesn't need to talk with someone from time to time, just to work through whatever it is that is going on in our lives and gain some new coping strategies? Julie is a gentle, empathetic listener and provides wonderful insights and concrete tools to work through whatever has you stuck. I highly recommend her!
