We love Sunscape! We have lived here for a little under a year and plan to stay for another year once our lease is up. Maintenance is incredible and extremely fast- we have never waited longer than a day for requests and we rarely have to put requests in. I’m not sure if we got lucky, I saw another review say upstairs neighbors were loud- we didn’t even know anyone lived above us till three months after we moved in and it was only from seeing them on the deck. Our neighbors are extremely friendly and I can safely walk my dog at night without feeling eerie which is important to me. Police patrol

I've been a resident for over a year and below are my thoughts:
Good community in the neighborhood.
Lovely landscaping, and renovated units.
The biggest problem is upstairs neighbors especially in the unites with the hardwood floor!
Someone constantly walking, running, moving stuff and you can hear all of that while working or relaxing at home, definitely overwhelming.
Also the management notices and alerts are mostly inaccurate. Rarely they happen on time.
Anddddddddd lots of people don't clean after their dogs.
They charge premium rates but the services are subpar.

Pros: pretty quiet, nice landscaping, high ceilings in our apartment, great schools, safe neighborhood, excellent location.
Cons: no flexibility with month-to- month leasing. Very expensive and not an option for most. Complete unwillingness to work with a tenant needing to move prior to lease term. Staff turnover appears very high and some are friendlier than others. Customer service is meh.

They have been renovating this area of the past 6 months. Kudos, I'm sure the new places are great. But as a result they have shut the gym down. I pay monthly for these amenities in my rent. One or two months is understandable, but due to closure for several months I've now had to join a gym and pay rent for that (WITHOUT changes to rent) When I contacted the office about this, no one bothered to return my call. I specifically chose to live here because it included the gym and racquet courts.
Additionally, they don't recycle within this complex, which is a lot of waste and I think they could make

Nice, a little older, appliances and cabinets are showing their age but overall nice. Good area to live in and the apartment complex is great. You have to use their TV provider which is a ripoff and the Internet is pretty weak, but you are able to use Verizon if you prefer for Internet. Apartments are pretty large and although older (early 2000s) they're good overall.
