I had seen a review earlier about how a previous tenant had gotten charged $700 for the stovetop...he was not lying. We got charged $150 for "damages to the fridge" with the pictures below sent to us as "proof." We also got charged for the stovetop, a "dirty oven" and for "cleaning fees for the bathrooms". My roommate and I were both clean freaks. We cleaned the place daily and made sure to scrub everything down before leaving. Not only did they keep the $300 security deposit, but overcharged us for ridiculous fees as mentioned above. A total of $500.

Of the apartments I've lived in, Parkside Place has been the best, by far. The location and proximity to all sorts of shops and restaurants is incredible, the staff is always helpful and friendly, the amenities are great, and the apartments are really nice, especially for how much you pay relative to other complexes in the area. The only way I could see myself leaving here is when I eventually buy a house. Highly recommend Parkside Place to all renters!

If I was just rating the maintenance crew I would give 5/5 stars, they were awesome! Always quick to respond even for non-emergencies, polite, and if they had to come back out a second time they would come back right away.
We lived here for a year, it was unfortunate all the surrounding area's shopping was closed for the majority of our year due to covid because that was the main reason we chose to live here. The staff got food trucks several days a week, which was fun, and the pool and dog park/dog spa were nice touches.
I will say though for what we paid at the time, around $1300, my expectations

I moved to Parkside a few days ago and all employees are so helpful. Marcus has been amazing with the process from the tour to efficiently getting everything ready for a next day move in. I was on a short timeline and he made it so smooth and easy while meeting my nonexistent time frame.

I had an overall great experience renting from Parkside Place. Their office staff is super friendly and responsive. The apartments are nice and spacious. The apartment complex itself is well maintained and the maintenance staff are also very friendly and responsive. Most of my maintenance requests were taken care of same day. I never had any complaints re: noise. For living in an apartment complex, this is one of the better experiences I've had.

I have been living here for several years and feel as though this place is now run down. This should no longer be deemed a luxurious apartment community but rather high-priced slums.
I have complained for YEARS about the silverfish infestation but to no avail. And now years later we have a new issue...mice.
Yesterday, I informed the office staff of what appeared to be mice droppings in my bathroom. I was informed that pest control comes every Thursday and my apartment will be placed on the list. To my surprise, when leaving this morning I found a mouse...dead...in the breezeway. I immediately
