We offer a sliding scale of $25-45, you decide what to pay. There is an additional one-time new patient fee of $10. The purpose of our sliding scale is to separate the issues of money and treatment. We understand that everyone's situation is different, and our goal is to make acupuncture accessible as often as you need it.

Most US acupuncturists treat patients on tables in individual cubicles. This is not traditional in Asia, where acupuncture usually occurs in a group setting. In our clinic we use recliners and tables grouped in a large, quiet soothing space.
Treating patients in a community setting has many benefits: it's easy for friends and family members to come in for treatment together; many patients find it comforting; and a collective energetic field becomes established which actually makes individual treatments more powerful.In some styles of acupuncture, the needles are removed after only a few minutes or after a half hour at most.

Randi Helfand is a New Jersey native who moved to Pennsylvania in 2000, and has happily called the Main Line home for the last couple years. Randi has a Bachelor's from Franklin & Marshall College, a Master's in Education from Widener University, and a Master's in Acupuncture from The Won Institute of Graduate Studies.

Experience, care, professionalism, and credentials were all very apparent from their thorough online patient screening and scheduling to the acupuncture session itself which was a very safe (from Covid), comfortable, and peaceful environment to facilitate healing. I knew I was in knowledgeable hands. This is a rare opportunity to receive care from top-level practitioners at compassionately affordable prices. I highly recommend this resource for acupuncture!

What an amazing experience! Vashni was attentive to my every need. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and so willing to make everyone feel their best. Before all the craziness in our world, Randi worked with me. I chose Vashni this time because I could not get time with Randi due to my schedule. I was not disappointed. I am so excited that Randi is the new owner of HCA, she is awesome. HCA was great, it is AMAZING now! I recommend HCA to everyone!!!!!
