They were fast and efficient in their service of my front brakes. However, my wife and I both thought the counter clerk could've shown more interest in leaving us with a receipt, some advice perhaps, etc. We are just pampered from our own hometown mechanic, perhaps, but then this may turn into a recommendation to promote a hometown feel, along with the service. But all in all they seem to know what they're doing and they do it like it's what they do, and they do it. So great job, just not excellent! Keep it up!

What a great bunch of people that are at this company.Everybody here is friendly, and the owners here take care the people that work for them like they do their customers.Not just employees, but customers. Thank you Jeff and Cody and everybody else at Gunnells. With expertise ranging from everything from tires, to engine replacements, lift kits, oil changes, new batteries, brakes, lights, they cover a wide range of options. if they don't have what you want or need here they can probably try to get it for you and if you have an issue, they do there best to fix it for you too. What a great bunch

This place is amazing and the staff is very professional. We took one of our older cars to have an alignment done! Unfortunately we weren't able to had the work done that day due to the many problems with the suspension. The tech was very honest and let us know exactly what we needed done! The price quoted was very affordable and we will definitely do business with them moving forward. Thanks so much guys for amazing service!!! I now understand why you have close to a five star rating.

Setting the example and being willing to do the most menial tasks is truly a sign of good leadership. And his crew was upbeat, positive, and smiling. And his rates! I told him I felt like I was taking advantage of him, and another customer piped in and said, "Oh, go ahead. Everyone else does!" They won my business for life.

30 years! My dad, Cecil, thought the world of Jeff and Kevin. He sent me to them back when they were Big O on Mesa Drive. What a great shop and people. Came here for some tires to be put on, decently priced and a great atmosphere. Asked about a service I was looking for, they don’t do it yet, but when told that I will purchase the part, and how it’s installed, was told bring it in and we’ll take a look. These guys have been around since 1942 I believe, you don’t stick around that long unless you do good work and treat people with respect. I HIGHLY recommend them, and will be going back there myself.
Also, if you’re buying tires online, stop in there and talk with them, they’ll work with you!
