Nice selection of new and used bikes. Friendly service department that has been pretty efficient for my needs.

Bought two Honda Rebels 1100 DCT here for my sons. Still waiting for the second key and manuals and that was 2 months ago. Plan to buy another bike soon ( Honda Shadow ) once we receive that other set of key.

I've always appreciated AL Lamb's Honda and it's staff. I've purchased and sold a few bikes at Dallas Honda, and I can say it's always top notch. Sometimes I show up just to hangout and I never feel pressure to buy anything. I have even recommended this dealership to others who have expressed the same sentiments. Keep up the great work. I'm not sure if I will get my bike worked on here now just from how the phone was answered the first time and I guess alittle how it was the second time. First call I asked to be connected to service department and got hung up on. So I called back and I more then likely sounded frustrated got someone else and I asked them to not hang up on me and I was told if I call there with that kinda attitude I would be.. I don't know what kind of people are calling up there today but I just needed a quote on a stater cover job because I don't have time to do it myself but I guess I rather make time now. Had

Have absolutely the best experience here, I called along the route from Houston on the way to Colorado see if they had a rear tire in stock, and how long it would take to get one installed.
If it was the next day that would be fine, but they said come on in and got it put on within the hour, as soon as I arrived, very friendly, very nice store

I traded in my 2011 CB1000R from Al Lamb's for a new 2019 CB1000R today . They gave me a really good trade in value for my old one and the new one is beautiful. My salesman Chris was friendly and helpful and made the whole process very easy . All the staff were friendly and I even got to meet Al Lamb himself. I've been dealing with these guys for 20+ years and the Service Manager , Ted , always makes me feel comfortable and confident when service is required . I wouldn't want to buy a bike anywhere else. Al Lamb's Rocks !

Very disappointed. I highly recommend contacting dealer before going to dealership as they use false pretense. For example, their website shows a price with pictures of Talon 1000r with accessories; however, those accessories are not included in price on website. Just glad I was persistent in contacting them before driving 3 hours to find out in person.

I bought my Honda NC700X about a month ago, and I was very pleased with their patience with me and all my questions. Have had great service after the sale too. Miles was a big help, and easy to work with.
UPDATE: I wanted to update my review. It has been almost 4 years ago I bought this bike at Al Lamb, and I still love it. I have about 16,000 miles on it and have had all my scheduled maintenance done at Al Lamb as well. The service team is great and easy to work with. I went here to buy my first dual sport bike the CRF250L and I was very impressed with the customer service here! My sales agent Blake was more than helpful and very genuine! He even offered to deliver bike to my home with his own vehicle and was very professional! He is experienced with dirt bikes and gave helpful tips for me to ride my new bike! :) Tyler who works in Finance was very kind and knowledgeable as well! I am a very pleased customer!! I would do business with this exact company again and recommend people to purchase their bikes from here!

This place is shady as hell, put my bike up on consignment there. They sold the bike and 5 weeks later still haven't cut me a check for my bike. Stay away, stay far away.

This is the best place to buy a motorcycle ATV or scooter. Ted the service manager will do you right every single time. Their mechanics are the best in the state.

I have I always enjoyed stopping by this Honda shop. But the other day I needed some pants for a trip I was heading out on the next day. Prices were the same as most internet sites and well worth it for being able to try on before I made the purchase. But where this shop is far and above the rest is it is not a high pressure salesperson at every turn. The knowledge base is pretty incredible and not just Honda all bikes. As we were leaving started a conversation with some guys at the front and one of the guys introduced himself as Al. One of my buddies goes the Al and he replied yes. Let

After a very negative experience at Maxim, I came here to buy a Grom. Fast and smooth transaction, bought some accessories as well. After reading reviews for both places, it would seem as if I am the anomaly as I had a great experience at Al Lamb's. Financing options were clearly explained, paperwork wasn't rushed (I'm one of the people who likes to read a little before I sign), attitudes were great and people were helpful. I will most definitely be returning for services for the bike, and perhaps to pick up another.

It's a bad feeling when you walk into a dealership knowing more about the bikes on the floor than the sales guy, Mike. They make stuff up like the ctx700 has bluetooth stereo (not unless you bought one in Korea). Sales guy lies about what bikes are in Stock just to get you in the door, telling you they JUST sold that bike an hour ago or they deny your previous phone conversation completely. Their labor rates are in line with the Porsche dealer. The dealership is in the ghetto, literally a guy with a glass pipe smoking crack in the parking lot over. They prey on stupid people, selling lo jack

Would have gave 5 stars but after 1000 dollars in work on my wife's bike ya think they would wash it. Very disappointed they took good care of us and that's how the service appointment ended. Disappointing.

Had some work done on my Honda Ruckus a couple of days ago. It ran just fine for two days. Then the same problem happened; the reason for having it looked at initially. It feels like a huge waste of money. I hope that they will give me some kind of credit for the previous work and actually fix it this time.

They picked me up from the side of the road and are fixing my scooter at no additional charge. I'll update this review once I get my scooter back.

Been going here on/off for 20 years, even when they were across 635. I've bought 2 bikes from them and have had work done. Never had an issue.

Everyone here was so snotty and rude to me. The one service guy was a little more chitchatty but everyone I dealt with acted like I wasn't cool enough or something. They super low balled me on a trade-in rate, which is fine and I expect dealerships to do this, but I've never had a worse customer service experience in my life. Honestly, had they been nice I may have even gone for it, but they made sure they thought I was an idiot. I walked out. DO NOT GO HERE. Total Jerks.
