Called this place today, just to see if they would be interested in buying one of my bikes. Some "guy" calls back offering $800.00 . Laugh of course and get off the phone. I give him benefit of the doubt that she may have relayed the wrong information. So I call back. He tells me that Kelly Blue Book said 800. Which was a lie. I tell Kelly was $2095.00 he says thats retail. Which was also a lie retail. Is over 3000.00. Thats with out all the upgrades. Never sending people these guys way again.

If looking for a bike. Make the drive to cycle shack north Conroe TX. Great staff who treated me with respect. As for freedom powersport Lewisville..... what a joke. Trying to upcharge 2,000 dollars on a 65 yz. Told me 6,600 firm cause only bikes until after December. I should call corporate over it. But was taken care of by professionals at cycle shack north Conroe, TX. Same bike for 1600 less. Make the drive don't let these pukes rob you of your money.

Absolutely amazing service and an amazing representative of freedom powersports. If you do any business with freedom it should be done at this location (lewisville), in particular for any service needs they should be directed to Dustin. He exceeded all my expectations and was an amazing illustrator of how things should be handled.

This past weekend I bought a can am ryker, my salesperson was Harmony. She did a great job there was no pressure. Harmony made my buying experience fun and enjoyable. Everybody in the place was wonderful to work with, if your looking to buy a bad a!! toy I definitely recommend you go to freedom powersports of Lewisville

These folks are friendly but STAY AWAY! They will sell you a bike but it will be an absolute headache to get it registered and titled. I ended up having to get Yamaha North America involved to get any type of response from the dealer (and haven't to this day) and I still had to go to the local tax office myself to get the bungled title corrected at my own expense ($) and time. I will never return here for anything and honestly, I was not too impressed with Yamaha North America's involvement. No one ever followed up, I was forced to do all of the contacting. There are plenty of other options out

They were amazing. I had taken my bike to another shop to have a rear and front tire put on. They used an analog balancer. Which I think was the problem. I had them rebalance the tire three times (at other shop) and the last time taking all weights off and reseating the tire. I still kept getting a vibration whenever I got to 90 mph or higher. Worse at 100 and even worse at 110 where it felt dangerous. The shop where it was done looked at me like I was crazy and a giant inconvenience. I get it. I even watched the tire correctly balanced the third time as per the manual.

Jim and Gary made the entire process seamless for me to buy my first jetski ever. They were extremely patient with me as I had tons of questions about the Jet skis and really they went above and beyond to deliver an exceptional product and outstanding doing customer service. Would recommend them to anyone in a market for any powersports. They got huge selection. Thank y'all
