Dealing with Zariah in the service department has been AWESOME!!!! My car was recently wrecked (the vehicle with the hitch) and I was not able to get it in for the winter service. He arranged for someone to pick up the ski from my house and offered to store it until I could get it picked up. He also checked on my tag and stickers and put them on for me. Every time I have called or had questions he was very helpful and went above and beyond his “job” to help me. I definitely recommend Freedom Power Sports in Dallas!!!

EXTREMELY disappointed! We originally purchased our 2018 Polaris General from them in 2018 and had a great experience. We did not end up using it as much as we expected so decided now to sell it. Of course we reached out to them initially when we decided to sell. For two weeks my husband spoke to a salesman who encouraged us to let them buy it back and for a reasonable price. So we drove the almost two hours up here to make the deal. We get here and now a totally different person completely low balled the price leaving zero room to negotiate. Absolutely wonderful!!! Matt in sales Daniel in service the young man in parts and Hadley in finance make the best ream I have ever encountered. I simply can't say enough good things about the thorough pressure less professional crew there. I am glad we drove the 2 hours working with Hadley is worth every mile.

Over priced on their bikes. Won’t come down any on cash prices… A friend went to Arlington Powersports and got the exact same bike as us for $800 cheaper. Same year, brand, size, everything! They charge $1,200 for assembly and Arlington Powersports only charged them $325 for assembly. Won’t be back!!!

We purchased a 2 up Polaris ATV on the 10th of July because we like fun and the folks at Freedom Powersports, Dallas location, go over and above for their customers.
Johnny, the no pressure salesman loaned his personal ramp and delivered our ATV to our home the very same day. Not to mention all the great advise on where to ride and the most important gear required and even invited us to an event they would be at etc.
Another very important shout out is for Hadley who is driving around 40 minutes away to pick up a ramp because the one we want is on back order and another one of their stores has
